「Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Stadt und dennoch sehr ruhig. Leider ist aktuell die Zufahrt aufgrund von Baumaßnahmen in der Umgebung schwierig. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfassend. Die Frühstücksterrasse ist super. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber.」

「5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi! The chef came out twice to greet us and ensure we were having a great meal which it was, the best meal I’ve ever had...

「Fantastic hotel overall. Perfect location with the best pool in Pollença, right in the middle of the beachfront with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had, as it had everything (fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, continental, cereal, etc). Staff were very helpful, which is good as the only thing which let us down was our air conditioning didn’t work for the first two nights. Once we reported it, it was fixed the next morning.
