「This might be the first time I’ve had to pay for shuttle service as a guest in a hotel adjacent to an airport. It’s less than a 5-minute drive by car. Therefore, €5 seems unnecessary.」

「The hotel is self check in. No staff there. I encountered the password issues and the help desk hotline is not 24/7 that I only could stay in the airport without rest. I left message in the official website and no one answer yet. The check in time start at 8 pm, when I found there was no way I could sleep in the hotel it was too late for me to go back city to find the alternative!」
