「I had tried to cancel this hotel booking 3 weeks ago through hotel.com ! Unfortunately, according to hotels.com CS, the hotel Had no response at all to our request for fully refund due to the Coronavirus case , therefore we couldn’t fly and had to cancel our flight !! Until now , we still waiting for the hotel to response to our refund , even now the date for staying had Already passed and we still had no response from this hotel ! Although I haven’t stay in this hotel but this kind of services...

「the hotel is real near to beach, the view is good, the food is good, but (1) parking space is not yet ready! (2) the room quality is very normal! 」

「Hotel carino, camere spaziose, spa e piscina molto apprezzate. Unica pecca se non si è alla ricerca della movida maltese la zona non è molto indicata, c’è molta confusione in strada e l’hotel è proprio di fronte ad un cantiere pertanto la mattina si è costretti a svegliarsi presto. Consiglio comunque la struttura per servizi e grandezza delle camere 」
