酒店員工服務尚可，早餐的質素亦不錯。我和家人共四人在酒店逗留三個晚上。我已經訂這間酒店最大的房間，卻仍然很細。而且，房間沒有暖氣，只有一個小小的暖爐。當時晚上的氣溫是-8度，根本不夠暖。還有，房間的床頭燈又壞了，不能關上。我第一天已經叫服務員修理，但是並沒有修理好。所以三個晚上，我都要開住燈睡覺，浪費電力，又影響睡眠。最大問題是房間的清潔，每天回到酒店，廁所浴缸及洗手盆也沒有清潔，只是收拾了床舖，三天也沒有更換，有時更在地氈見到垃圾！下次再去曼城，我一定不會再選擇這間酒店。

Clean and tidy. Location is perfect. However, the shower was broken so that the water pressure was lowered due to leakage. Moreover, the drain was blocked.

air-conditioner did not work. we checked in quite early but even so was told that there was no room to change. staff only offered a fan and was not helpful when we asked them to try to arrange someone to look into the problem. breakfast was not impressive. only advantage is the location - very close to oxford road train station. will not recommend this hotel to friends.

Terrible air conditioning
The air conditioner was operating but no control could be done. The room was extremely hot. Changed room once but no improvement. The hotel offered fan but still could not make it comfortable

This is a nice hotel located quite central to everything and really close to Oxford train station (fast way to airport, Old Trafford etc) The hotel was good enough for the price you'd pay, but the breakfast was really bad. It had only what you think of as English breakfast, but nothing more. No fruit, no variants of ham/cheese or what so ever. It's good enough for a partytrip, but nothing else :)

The location of the property was very convenient for my trip. excellent cleanliness of the room which was 205.Though the en suite sink was missing its plug and one of the bedside lamps didnt work.. reported to reception on checking out. Excellent choices for breakfast with the facility to take out if required. Would use the facility again
