Hi Ivan, Thank you for your review. Whitworth Locke is an apart-hotel where we offer apartments instead of standard hotel rooms. We refresh apartments after the second night if you stay for 3 nights, and we do a weekly clean on the 7th day. Of course if you check-out from your room and decide to check back in under a separate reservation we will have to provide a different unit for you. We do charge extra for full service clean, however we are always happy to replenish towels or consumables. We understand that the concept of apart-hotels is still quite new and we will try to better our methods to inform our guests. Thank very much you for your feedback, it has been most valuable to us. Hey John, Thank you very much for leaving us such useful feedback, we really do appreciate it. I'm pleased to hear that you had a good stay overall and were impressed with our central location as well as the fully equipped apartment. I do apologies for the issues you experienced with the noise and the lighting. Our designers did opt for a muted lighting in the rooms to give a more intimate cozy vibe, however if this is not for you we are more than happy to provide extra floor lamps on request at reception. Being an inner city hotel, noise is something we contend with regularly and I do apologise for this, however if you'd like to stay again and give us another chance to impress you, we are more than happy to allocate on request one of our quieter rooms at the back of the building overlooking the canal, and away from any noisy streets. Hopefully we can welcome you back another time to turn your 4/5 into a 5/5! See you soon!
