1.location is pretty convenient. around 5-10 mins to SM mage mall by walk.
2.room is so clean. they take it very professional.
3.facilities in gym are very various and fulfill my need in excercise.
4.breakfast is good but so so.
5.dinner in lounge is affordable and very convenient for biz tourist if they are back late.
In general this is a very good hotel in Manila metro. and good for business trip.

有双人大床及二张床的房间,二张床的空间感觉大些。但都是有包含厨房设备,含刀具、各式杯子、冰箱、洗衣机等。浴室内有很多衣柜鞋柜。对面有Podium mall, 隔壁有星巴克,后面有Wendy s 早餐。走路8分钟左右到Robinson mall。

I found that the similar sized table is used in all Oakwood Studio rooms in Manila, Beijing etc, but it is a bit too big compared to the size of the living room area. There is no place to put my suitcase...

Unpleasant stay at the Joy Nolstag. Not returning!
I stayed at Joy nostalg 10 years ago but the property was getting old so I switched to Crown Plaza. I came back after 10 years and everything looked the same, just older. Nothing really works in the room. the aircon thermostat stays at 20 deg despite I put it at 26 deg. it was so cold. The shower tap turned on the rain shower first, wetting me completely then I struggled to change to hand shower. floor with marble was cold to the feet. WHy can't they use carpets or LVT? Overall experience is very bad and am surprised that it is managed by Accor. This is giving Accor a bad name indeed.

We really like this property, they are always nice and welcoming. The room we had was a 1 bedroom suite with washer/dryer in one and a kitchen with the equipment for two people. This stay was a little less optimal due to noise from construction happening next door. Also there was a problem with the Wi-Fi for a day but not the end of the world and probably the service provider not the hotels issue. We enjoyed the included breakfast which was convenient as our stay was for two weeks. We would recommend this property especially for longer stays in the Ortigas area.
