The massage service was good, toilet is too small, when we asked the staff at reception about the location of Atm nearly by, she told us to ask the security who stands at door, but on the last day, reception helped us to call the taxi and room attendant found my charger which I left in room, it does help. so.. this s not a hotel that I would recommend but if you just want a quite place to stay over, this hotel can be consider.

Wonderful hotel.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All were excellent and professional. The room was great and housekeeping fantastic. The pool and gym were excellent. Only improvement I can see was the pool table was always in use. I recommend a booking system so we can all use it equally. The hotel is well located and i will definately return.

游泳設施不錯,但是房間內沒有洗髮精等灌洗用品,灌洗用品是優先選擇以飯店便利原因之一。希望以後增加這一項。其他大致上還不錯。Front desk service is very good. i had ask a location that i need to key in my Uber but i dont know whats location name. and the front desk staff they tried very hard to help me. make me feel more comfortable. keep it up!!

The room given to me was dated and had small cockroaches in the bedroom and bathroom. The next morning I asked to be transferred and the staff transferred me to a room which is bigger and cleaner, but the room still had cockroaches in it. Guests should note the hotel staff are not available from midnight until 8 in the morning. There were a couple of times that I called the staff at the front desk during regular hours but nobody was answering.
