Disappointed
Every time I stay in Y2 when I came to Manila. Hi love the location and service for aY2 hotel. But now this hotel was changed and became not friendly. When I asking the reason, the official response is new hotel policy. If it make the hotel better and more lovely, that you I’ll be good move. But it makes the hotel not so good as before. I didn’t enjoy my stay for this time and I may not go here anymore

a lovely hotel
a lovely hotel, always friendly staff, there was supermarket and quite a lot restaurants nearby one disadvantage was it was a little far away from city center and noisy at night

city centre, very good location
very nice room and staff service are great. cool roof top swimming pool with nice city view. Staff are friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back and stay there next time.

喜歡自助又希望有水準上的服務,這間蠻適合的
這家飯店的位置在 Makati 比較偏一點點的位置,但是仍算方便的位置。門口櫃台的服務非常不錯,人員有禮貌,講解飯店的設施也很詳盡。我有被升級到套房,而房間有個客廳,個人覺得客廳的燈光需要調整的溫馨一點。臥房床墊棉被都好睡。因為是公寓式酒店,配有廚房,但可惜的是沒有甚麼廚具,不過也不重要,因為酒店樓下拐彎就是個超市、購物中心、7-11所以也不用擔心吃的問題。對我來說,整體的cp值很好,我不介意下次去馬尼拉再住一次。

The Staff is amazing !!! great service, always greet you going in or out. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly staff ( frontdesk, guards, Housekeeping all amazing). The hotel is in good condition and well kept. Housekeeping comes every day and they are very pleasant. Pool on the rooftop is nice with plenty of seating. Its location is perfect not far from nightlife and stores. I stayed 3 1/2 weeks and I'm going back in 2weeks. I'm from the U.S. stayed in Gramercy residence in January and did not like it. Y2 residence is a much better option and priced nicely.

Beeds to be remodeled... Electrical outlets are outdated Bathroom and kitchen hardware is outdated. Televisions and audio systems need updated.. They are doing the best to keep it spotless.. no questions about that... I really love the staff and security...they are the best of the bast.. If i could come back.. just make me a bed in the lobby.. cause the staff will make sure everything is right. If this place gets remodeled.. and keeps that awesome staff.. This will be a 6 star hotel

Nice hotel, huge room. Only ate breakfast once, wouldn’t recommend. Not many options on the buffet for price. It is deep into traffic territory with no grabs available during afternoon into night hours. Price for the room was great and hotel was clean and felt secure during our stay.

It was cheap and you get what you pay for. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean and a good size but showing some wear. No soundproofing from the windows so pretty loud at night. No towels or service at the pool and pool is quite small but good views of the city. The area is lively and more “adventurous“ than near the Greenbelt Mall but lots of great restaurants and bars. Personally, I would pay a little more and get something much nicer.

Booked the property last year and when delta airlines cancelled my flight Y2 wouldnt issue a refund which cost me a lot . I booked it for this stay thinking i was going to get a refund . The a/c in one bedroom wouldn’t work and extremely hot in the room, roaches, the kitchenette had one pot and one spoon , terrible smell coming from the drains that we had to smell for 3 weeks, rooms are very old and worn out, last time to stay there. A lot more nicer places for a lot less.

My stay here was disappointing and slightly irritating, I selected the Deluxe room because it was the most expensive and i assumed would be the nicest; I was wrong. The room came with a tiny mini-fridge which was stocked with drinks sold separately this became a problem upon purchasing food and trying to refrigerate it as it wouldn't fit due to the fridge being stocked. Then there is the bathroom, It did not offer a handheld shower head option which most hotels in the area do, The issue with this not being an option is that the shower head in these rooms is the large oversized square type and it was installed at over 6ft high making it difficult for my partner to reach it and it was annoying having to adjust it as i would inadvertently get my hair wet every time. Then there is the communication, Upon checking-in i was never informed or given any information about the hotel amenities, I had no idea about their laundry service until a week later and did not know about their buffet until i seen an inconspicuous flyer by the elevator, I was also never informed of the roof-top pool until literally one day before checking out otherwise we would've have used it more. Lastly checkout, I chose this hotel because it claimed to offer easy online checkout; My problem with this is that as i was exiting the hotel with my luggage to head to the airport i am asked by security to checkout at desk, My GRAB waited 10-15mins for the slowest checkout process ever nearly missing my flight.

This was my second stay at Y2 and I am certain that I will stay there again. Everything about Y2 is professional and centered around the guests. Great value. Safe neighborhood. Well located to appreciate the National Capital Region. Very clean. Great internet. Very comfortable. Thanks again to the amazing staff!!

The property was decent. However, upon check in. They asked for security deposit in cash. They would not take credit cards for security deposit. This should have been brought to everyone's attention at the time of booking. The bathrooms had a lot of cracked tiles. However, the security guards are extremely nice and was always watching out for the guests. My fiance walked down to the 7-Eleven and was harassed . Afterwards, the guard would keep an eye on her whenever she walked down there again.

Would stay again
The good: Staff were excellent. Pool was small but good for kids. Rates very good for Makati. Parking space included. The bad: Hotel is dated and getting a little run down, although staff do their best to maintain it. Construction site next door, can get noisy if overlooking it.
