「We were here for a quick one night stay, arrived late so were bummed we did not have more time to enjoy the space. There were only two of us but this would be a really fun and easy place for a family or two to stay. Very convenient, comfortable living spaces, games, TV’s, kitchen, and bathrooms, everything you could need. Charming old house with the quirks we are used to as we also have an old house. 「Cute little bungalow in a nice neighborhood. Home had all the essentials. Nice patio to enjoy the evening. I had my dog with me as we were competing in a dog trial in Topeka and the back side gate did not shut completely. Was able to secure it, this is something that probably should addressed for the safety of pets or even children.」

「These are billed as cabins but only the setting is rustic. Up to date spacious rooms that are airy and light. Clearly designed for outdoor living, eating and relaxing spaces are outside but the bathroom and main room are large and comfortable. Secure as well. The cabins are a bit remote but the directions from the staff are clear, and although we never met in person they were very responsive. The only disturbance, was the train traffic about a mile away but only a problem for light sleepers. 」

「We stayed here to be close to a graduation in Lawrence. Rate was good and fun had plenty of space. The courtyard was nice and comfortable. The room could use some upkeep (regular maintenance stuff) but nothing terrible. There was no elevator so getting a heavier bag up the stairs was s little cumbersome, but may be a consideration if that would be difficult or if stairs are a challenge.
