"Overall, the room seemed tidy, but the room floor mat was too dirty and the hotel did not provide slippers. I was surprised that it was my first time staying in a hotel and there were no slippers provided. Our family walked around the room barefoot, and the soles of our feet were gray-black. You can imagine how dirty the room floor mats are."
