「The staff is outstanding and the location can’t be beat for taking in all the central histórico sites. The hotel balcony restaurant has a view of the Zocolo that can’t be beat. The Jr suite we stayed in was gorgeous with a view overlooking the Zocalo as well. The historical architecture of the hotel lobby is inviting, throw in complementary coffee, soft drinks, water, and snacks; and what’s not to like?!」

「It is a nice hotel. Spacious rooms. Conveniently located in historical center. But no taxis will be allowed to enter to the hotel door as the road to it is always closed. This is fine if you don’t have luggage ( 100 meters of walk). All demonstrations happen in that area, so the closure maybe more than one road. The carpets needs deep cleaning. Beds are comfortable. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast food is not good. I don’t mind coming back 」

「Hotel and on site restaurant was great. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. With my limited command of Spanish, most staff members were able to speak English and bail me out as needed. The rooms were great. Would definitely stay again when next Mexico City.」

「Stayed 7 nights with my partner at this wonderful hotel, which is centrally located (10 minute walk to the main Zocalo square with lots of shopping nearby) and has a very good bar/restaurant on-site. The rooms are new with firm beds, thick towels and linens, a hot shower, daily maid service, a medium-sized safe that can hold a tablet, good climate control, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
