The location and cleanliness were not the problem with this property. The issues, on two occasions was communication between the employees. I called the front desk and requested two towels. 30 minutes later I called a second time and still did not ever get the towels. It took a third call and an hour later. Issue number 2: I should have received a text message from the valet, which I never received. Instead I called the front desk to get my car, and they reminded me that it would take 20 minutes to get my vehicle and they would contact the valet. I remember the valet telling me that when we arrived so expected as much. We went down 20 minutes later to pick up our car and the valet told me he did not receive my request. I shared with him the contents of the conversation I had with the front desk. The valet was not interested in what I shared with him and proceeded to tell me it’s going to take 20 more minutes to get my car. Poor service is one thing and that will happen on occasions, it has before and what makes the difference is how the employee reacts and try’s to correct the problem to the best of their ability. The staff here at this property have zero emotional intelligence and did not represent their brand very well. But then again, it starts with management.
