"The hot water came out in white color which cannot be used in room no.1, i think it was the water heater problem since cold water is clear. The Wifi is good as it seems to have indoor antenna. The laundry machine can let people set their own password for picking up the cleaned clothes, it is good."

"Wonderful staying in this hotel. The hotel just located 2 min away from the bus terminal. There are many good restaurants in the mainstreet. There are lawson and familymart just next to the hotel, and Tsutaya, supermarket, 100yen store in within 5 min walking distance. The staff are very helpful. I love the design of the room. It is nice and clean. I love the room has many sockets and hangers which is a very user friendly setting. The shampoo and body wash smell very nice, even the left smell very good too. There are washing machines on 5/F. Even the toilet is very clean at the ground floor. I am strongly recommend this hotel for others. Definitely come back again! Amakusa such a beautiful island! :D"

"It was obvious the toilet isn't cleaned thoroughly, dust and stain marks could be seen on the toilet paper frame and washbasin surface. There were spider webs outside the window frame. The room light is too dim. Limited car parks provided. Only one room key can be used. The staff didn't understand English, even though it was some simple English words. With that price and hotel location, I would not recommend this hotel."
