「This property was perfect for our large group. The home is spacious, stocked with essentials and in a wonderful location. We really appreciated the extra touches: a nice message from the host Jeff, a bottle of wine and water at every bedside! The sunsets were stunning and we saw deer outside in the mornings. 「It was a georgeous weekend in Monterey! We took the kids to the Aquarium, enjoyed the beach, walked through the Butterfly habitat all without jackets! The home was clean and well appointed. The kids loved the playground in the back yard, and the toys in the closet. The home is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!」

「Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area.」

「When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge. Not a good beginning to our stay. The management company and cleaning company worked with us and gave us a free cleaning to compensate, but it didn’t set a good tone for the beginning of our stay. 「we lost a rain jacket we thought couldn't get it back after almost 2 weeks. but surpprisingly in two days after we called, they successfully located the jacket and send it back to us. that's really good!
