Good choice made
Clean and cosy hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast. Just one minor issue about the air-conditioning which switched off automatically when the balcony window was opened temporarily.

非常好的酒店
非常好的酒店。地址我们非常喜欢，虽然没有直接在沙滩旁边，但是离得也不远。晚上很安静，房内设施很好很干净，餐厅的早点还不错，工作人员也很有耐心的帮助我们查找各种路线。安静舒适的环境让我们在下次出发前好好的休息休息，放松放松。

酒店离海边不远，挺远布置很温馨
酒店离Monterosso火车站大概1公里左右的位置，穿过隧道走一段就到了，位于镇上的另一端；小镇靠海边，夏季沙滩游泳的人非常多，夜晚海风很凉爽，房间很简朴，没有空调，估计镇上住宿条件大抵都是如此；前台服务人员态度很好，早餐很赞，院落布置很温馨。

Nice budget motel to stay
It's very fair price to stay and very comfortable room. Although its share bathroom with 2 to 3 rooms, but its still very clean and tidy. But its a bit difficult to find, and its quite far away from train station. It takes around 20-25 mins walk to the monterosso station.

This hotel is a great location. Easy to drive to with a rental car. It's a bit quieter so you can walk to the real crowed areas which I prefer. The parking is not included and is 30e a day, Expedia did not mention that in booking, so disappointed. The hotel has a certain smell that was bothersome to my sinuses, but everything else as clean, it is an old building. Would recommended staying here as location is great and staff was excellent.

We really loved this property! Everyone was so nice and friendly. They gave you breakfast which was good, but I would have liked fresh cappuccinos instead of from a machine. Other than that, we had an amazing trip!

Lovely hotel in the heart of old Monterosso, many great restaurants within 2 blocks. Lovely facilities, great staff, good breakfast. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great option higher up the Main Street. Quiet. Also great garden area to drink bottle of wine. You can buy bottle on premises and they provide glasses and chips. Breakfast was nice as well. Room has ceiling fan which was nice as well.

Good morning,We are sorry for your review but the room is not as you described.It was repainted a few days before the opening and your arrival, I personally checked and there is no mold anywhere, neither in the room nor in the bathroom.

Perfect stay in Cinque Terre
This hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff was amazing and offered to store our luggage for free after we checked out, so we could enjoy the rest of our day without having to lug around our bags. It was easy to find the hotel. It was clean and quiet. We are so happy we stayed here’

Fabulous experience!! Close to everything, the free breakfast was a lifesaver when getting adjusted to finding food in a new place, and the staff were so attentive and helpful!

The hotel was an overall nice, clean hotel. Staff were great, breakfast was a bonus and always stocked. Only complaint was how tiny the room was and the lack of hot water. Didn’t seem to matter the time of day, we always had cold showers. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Monterosso.

We had a lovely time here. Rooms are small but clean and functional. There is a parking garage very close to hotel for convenience if have a rental car. The breakfast was amazing! The front desk ladies are fantastic and helpful. We had lost our rental cars keys and they were so helpful in trying to help us. I would totally recommend this hotel and stay there again.

This is such a wonderful property with the best staff! The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet is included and out of this world - fresh omletes made to order, amazing pastries and fresh fruit. Fun to have a coffe/cocktail bar and patio right out your front door. We will definitely be coming back here!

We had such a great experience at Hotel Souvenir! The walk to/from the train station and relevant areas in Monterosso was so convenient. They provided towels for the beach and were so accommodating when we needed to check out and check-in. The room itself was super modern and colorful. Everything was clean and neat and we would absolutely stay here again when visiting Cinque Terre!

What a gem.
This place was a gem!! Great location but far enough away from the Main Street bustle. Very quiet, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, the breakfast was great and our room was very nice. Comfy bed and pillows. Would highly recommend.

No nos ayudaron en la llegada pedí por favor que fueran por nosotras cuatro minutos después de las ocho de la noche y ya no quisieron por el horario de nuestra del cuarto estaba realmente feo olía a humedad muy pequeño un bote de basura muy muy chico recepcionista muy mal encarada el día de la llegada las únicas personas que fueron realmente amables fueron del siguiente día y que no recuerdo el nombre y los tres señores que me ayudaron a subir nuestras maletas de ser no eran italianos me parece que eran de origen africano súper amable muy lindos totalmente decepcionante algo muy bueno que si el reconocer es que el café estaba delicioso.

Good hotel. Great location.
We enjoyed this hotel and our stay in cinque terre. There are no elevators so being on the 5th floor was alot of stairs but with a beautiful view!
