整體質素低於二星酒店，房門因地板發脹要用全身力量推開及關門，洗手間完全是傷殘人士洗手間，沖涼水由洗手間流出房間，電視沒有音響只有畫面，唯一可取就是泊車方便。

Nice and convenience, good location. I really love Eurostars hotel in Munich, I have stay Eurostars Grand Center Hotel seveal time previouly. This is the first time being here. Staffs are nice and good breakfast. Near Hauptbahnhof central station, and close to Karlsplatz, we can walk through to Marienplatz. There's super market near hotel and drug store - Rossmann, it's very convenience.

Near Central Rail station.
10 mins walk to central district. A short distance as well to the central rail station, tram station. The room is bright and enough space. Money worth.

Overall Condition
The room was clean (except the balcony) and comfortable, the breakfast was good, near Central Train Station, overall was good, but the attitude of the receptionist need to be improved and the 'foreigners' in the adjacent area of the hotel made me feel uncomfortable.

The property was conveniently located, about 15-20mins walk from Marienplatz. However there were limited dining options in the immediate area except a lot of kebab shops on the road. Lidl over the road but closed on Sundays and public holidays. Hotel is clean and smart, except some damage to skirting board in the room. It’s a shame the hotel did not provide information on the hotel or area, for example there was a sauna and fitness centre but we didn’t know how to access, the cost etc. Also there was a mini bar but no prices, and tea/coffee was not refilled each day. Nice enough hotel but not quite what I expect for 4* in my personal opinion.

Excellent, few steps to metro, tram and train, 15min walk to city center, excellent breakfast, great staff, clean, comfy beds, big room, the area is not as nice to the city center, but is safe and a lot of supermarkets, and conveniently located. Tip: you can use the metro, tram or bus for short trips ticket takes you mostly for all the attractions for half the cost (max 4 stops).

sehr gute, zentrale Lage; gut fußläufig vom Hauptbahnhof zu erreichen; man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß in der Innenstadt; ansonsten ist es halt ein Bahnhofsviertel mit entsprechendem Klientel (ist in anderen Städten allerdings weitaus wilder)

The hotel is conveniently located and staff is extremely helpful. The breakfast is fresh, tasty, offers lots of choices. The gym is small. The guest room should have more charger stations for i phones and there is no charger converter for international travelers.

Weekend in München
Anzahl Parkplätze ist beschränkt. Wenn es beim Hotel keine mehr hat kann man zu einem vergünstigten Tarif zwei Strassen weiter ins Parkhaus. Am Samstag waren wir früh (06:45 Uhr) unterwegs und es gab noch kein Frühstück (erst ab 07:00 Uhr). Leider konnte man uns auch nicht ein kleines Frühstück zum mitnehmen vorbereiten, obwohl wir uns am Vorabend gemeldet hatten. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage, alles sauber und hübsch, nette Angestellte und super Frühstück.
