Check-in - Since I travelled during the post-pandemic period, you have to phone the personnel for the check-in procedure to be completed. Carrying loads of luggage, I had kind of waited for 20 minutes for the check-in. I borrowed a kettle with a deposit of 20 euros.
Location – The hotel is located in the heart of the Munich city centre. The old town and the main tourist attraction including the most renowned cathedrals can be reached within walking distance. The Karlsplatz U-bahn and S-bahn stations are just downstairs of the hotel. You could take the escalator to carry your luggage and take the S8 line to the airport within an hour. You can also reach the Central Train Station taking the metro for 1 station. The location was one of the most salient advantages of this hotel. You can easily locate eateries which offer cuisines of various countries nearby. There is also a variety of shops and shopping malls that you can spend a whole day on. There is a big underground shopping mall in the Karlsplatz metro station. I find the neighbourhood very secure. The nearest tourist attraction is the Karlsplatz where you can find a fountain with relaxing vibe.
Hotel Room – What I had reserved was a single room. Though it may be considered a bit small, it was enough for a solo traveller. I had enough space to move inside the room. All the rooms were operated by key cards instead of physical keys, which made me feel more secure. There was a big table with a lamp that could facilitate me to
Nice staffs n good location. All rooms with AC but only some rooms with AC outlet. Very weak AC with those rooms without AC outlet cos the weak central AC system.
