Unfriendly, no empathy front desk.
Good restaurant Good room Not so friendly front desk 35 Euro tax on way 30mins travel time (one way) Next time I’m not going to stay here. We booked a taxi the night before and the taxi didn’t come. We asked the front desk to check and they were not willing to do so until we insisted. The 15 mins later, the taxi still didn’t come, we asked again and they gave this look( you need to be patient) but as it snowed so we assumed something went wrong so we asked them to call a new one. Again impatient facial from front desk. I didn’t know why the taxi reserved the night before didn’t work but the way they handled it make us feel that we were ungrateful and asking too much. Who could be responsible if we could not make it to the airport on time, they can NOT.

優質的飯店就是沒話說，唯一不便的，就是房間內沒有網路，只有大廳有免費的網路。 這是一間擁有現代化內裝的飯店，乾淨衛生，住起來舒適，飯店地點也是離主要旅遊景點很近，步行中順道體驗當地生活方式，是住宿不錯的選擇。

Good Hotel - Comfortable & Practical!
Good Hotel! Rooms are newly renovated and clean. Beds are comfortable. the only thing is that staff here looks quite indifferent to guests though they are smiling at you but overall their services are fast and accurate. Parking arrangement is conveniently located under the hotel. However, the hot water system is a little bit awful while the water pump and heater of the hotel seems having a little problem. Overall this is a very good hotel and i really like their new decorated rooms - comfortable and practical!

Our room was not clean. Some of the towels hanging on the rack were visibly dirty. This hotel is not on the airport, but in a small town 20 min away from the airport.

I had no idea such a pretty town was nearby. A great place to have walking access to food as well as the oldest brewery in the world and also easy to the airport.

This hotel is too far from the airport even thought they claim to be an airport hotel. They even do not provide a paid shuttle to airport after 10 am!! You have to use a taxi!!

The biggest surprise because they advertise an airport shuttle is there is no airport shuttle. It is only taxis for 35 euros each way! Also the sheet smelled like they were not well washed. The smell of someone who just came off a 14 hour flight

It was not worth the money paid, plus I don't know why it is call close to the airport, it is like 8 KMs away, it would have been faster to go to one close to a train station, honestly worst experience ever, the bed was horrible, the smell of the old carpet on the hallway and room was unbearable!
