Everything was fine except the sound of the current of the refrigerator was a bit loud that I inplugged it. Perhaps that contibuted to the size of the room I booked.

不會再住了,住過的日本酒店裡面最不滿意的。房間設備老舊,木頭櫃床頭櫃衣櫃都斑駁脫落,地毯上也有污漬,牆紙也髒髒的。原本就是看mystays品牌,因為住過京都和東京市區的,都算乾淨,設備也都維持一定品質,至少看不出使用過的年齡。 但這間絕對不會再住了,網站上的照片根本不能相信。真心建議櫃子該換就換。衣櫃也看的出某片門板被拆下來,因為露出的軌道都生鏽了。 優點:櫃台服務人員熱情,有接駁車可以到機場,司機人也很有禮貌。

Some staff can only speak simple English. Staff refuse to call on behalf of the guest for a reservation of a local Onsen. Air conditioning in room pretty weak even on high.

這酒店提供免費巴士到成田機場, 所以特意選訂; 我們前一晚己經向酒店查詢, 巴士是否需要預先登記預定, 但酒店當時表示, 無示無需担心,..唯當天早上發現接駁巴士的服務差極. 由於搭大巴的人太多, 當場員工吩咐小孩家長跟小孩同坐一個坐位上, 以便其他乘客乘搭...有些家長不願意配合這無理要求, 員工便顯出一副不耐煩的樣子。我認為這不是合作 與否的問題, 是整體安全的問題, 很相信酒店員工主動要求客人作出超載的配合...而且行李上車的服務也是非常混亂, 不知為何排在我們後方的客戶, 可以先把行李先放車上..... 其他方面, 前台員工CHECK IN 及CHECK OUT 服務都很好! 房間合理, 早餐款式也可以...

Great staff. Nice facilities including swimming pool, bath, and fitness center. The pool and bath was not open until mid afternoon. The Japanese restaurant looked great but we stayed on a Monday and it was closed. The Gardenia was fine though. All in all a nice place to stay and relax during our last night in Japan.

The reception and main areas of the hotel were beautiful but our room and bathroom wasn’t cleaned to a high standard- the bed head shelves were very dusty & the bathroom walls had some dirty flecks. It was a very convenient location with an excellent shuttle bus service to/from the airport but it was disappointing that the limited pool opening hours weren’t printed on the leaflet we were given at check in. We promised our kids a morning swim before we would need to check out but the pool wasn’t going to be open until 3pm. Overall a good stay for a good price.

The bus shuttle service was extremely convenient so we greatly appreciated. However, our room was quite disappointing; really dusty as if no one had been in this room in weeks or months, also a strong musty smell. We had to ask to change rooms because we couldn't stand the smell. The staff was really understanding and accommodating and we were relocated in a different room (the smell was much better and the room a lot cleaner).
