「Reasonable hotel for business stay, but credit card payment & exchange service is not at standard level」

「Requested a quiet room at check in end up with a room next to loud music despite they acknowledged my request. Very poor service 」

「Restaurant in hotel is very delicious and nice. There is nothing special in room, just normal hotel which is very clean and comfortable.」

「Narainaに用事がある際には数年前から結構使ってるが、インドに慣れない方向きではないでしょう。オーナーが変わったのか？料金も年々上がるし、もう限界かなー。やっぱ次回はまたAeroCityに戻ります。」

「Arrival was good, they helped with the luggage. Not satisfied with the fact that they charged 30% extra for early check-in and also we had to pay for the breakfast for that day. Rooms were clean, service was good and fast. Staff was good and friendly and the WiFi internet was fast and it had good signal in our rooms. Definitely recommended.」

「Fanns ingen restaurang,bara roomservice. Ingen pool,fanns en liten smutsig takterrass som inte gick att vistas på. Inga stolar o bord. Nattklub finns inte heller. Kunde inte bli hämtad på flygplatsen då vi landade för tidigt på morgonen kl 04:30. Trevlig personal」

「I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true.」
