「What a wonderful stay as far as the condo comfort in every level, cleanliness, locations close by to dine and go to the theater. Couple blocks from Seneca Lake with a nice walkable park. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Our stay in the Penthouse at Sylvan Beach was EXCELLENT!! The property was even better than we expected. The openness of the 3rd floor allowed us to be together but not on top of each other. The couch was comfy, TV was great, table fit us all, and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were large, except for the room with 2 beds, but even that had enough room to maneuver. The beds were very comfortable. 「Very nice place and comfortable beds. Although, if you have small children that still take naps, this particular unit might be a bit noisy. There’s a set of doors that looks like a closet but it’s actually a neighboring unit. It’s locked and blocked off but you can clearly hear everything on the other side. Our neighbors had a large group and they’d often hold conversations by the door. Also, something to consider if you have toddlers, there is no deadbolt option on the main door. My little guy...

「The place was well kept, in a perfect location and decently priced! We very mch enjoyed our little family getaway! We would happily return another time! - notes: I would suggest tea towels get packed- it was really the only thing missing and important for washing up, especially with a family and dishes.」

The shuttle into downtown Montauk (5 mins away) allowed us to untether from our car and parking worries, and to spend time at the ocean and wandering the quaint downtown. 「Our family of 5 adults stayed 3 nights. It’s a great location close to Main St in Lake Placid and a short drive to Whiteface. It was very clean and we had more that enough room and everything we needed. Definitely recommend, and this is in fact the second time I have booked this - I stayed here with 5 friends last summer lacrosse tournament.」

「The owner was very helpful with quick responses. The place was small, but very cozy and quiet. The place had everything we needed for a quick relaxing getaway. The only downside was there were alot of steps to get in and out of the place and unfortunately, I aways over pack, which meant more trips for my husband. But once inside it was very sweet. The nearby town had nice restuarants and some shopping.」

「We stay in Lake George every year for Labor Day. Although we love it, I wanted something more peaceful. This place was amazing. Very clean, quiet and lits to do right there on the property. We ate at George Henry's, the food was fantastic. Its only about a 20 min drive to Lake George, so we got the best of both worlds 😊 Would love to come back again next year!」
