「Lovely stay. Studio had eveythingwe needed and was such a nice retreat to come back to with amazing views. Amazing wildlife around Dunedin!! Studio was warm and sunny. Bed could do with an upgrade soon :) Thanks for the stay.」

Lynda has been a wonderful host - especially for me being new to the area. Great location - literally a ten second walk to the beach - and away from the hustle and bustle of town. 「I had booked this for my Dad to stay in for his trip to Napier while he was visiting from the UK. He thought that it was an excellent location as it was near to Marine Parade so he could have a good walk. Would recommend it to others」

「I have stayed in this apartment for work for a couple off weeks as I had to be in Auckland for work. Quite disappointing was at the beginning the shower drainage was blocked and it took a while to get fixed. Internet was ok, but had issues. Noisy, faulty aircon where the pipe keeps disconnecting. Lovely apartment, well - everyone's own interpretation. Might have not checked the pictures properly - but the windows are going out to another wall - you can barely see the sky, neither do you...

It is particularly worth mentioning that, the set of toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are very nice.
