「I booked this rental based on the pictures and then read the reviews later. I was nervous after reading the reviews bit have to say i was pleasantly surprised. It's clear that the owners listened to the feedback of others. And honestly you are literally steps away from the ocean. It's the best location. We woke up and watched seals and dolphins. The weather wasn't great when we were there and were so comfortable inside playing have and watching the waves roll in. Such a great trip. Everything...

「We had a good time staying here. The location is unbeatable. However, the floors were not clean and the beds had some debris on them when we arrived. Various things in the house were rickety and/or broken as other reviews have mentioned. The host was quick to respond, but didn’t resolve anything proactively. The kitchen needs more dishes to allow for larger groups.」

「The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others.」

「Easy check in process. Leo, the host, was very responsive when the air conditioner decided not to blow cold air. Had a technician out first thing the next morning. Nice big bedrooms with ceiling fans. Walk in closet in the master bedroom. All you need to bring is your beach gear, extra beach towels, kitchen towels, laundry detergent and condiments. Close walk to the beach makes this a really convenient rental!」

「The view from the place is amazing. Living room is definitely the best part of the house. Staff is ultra responsive. The furnishings in the house itself are a little rough. Neighbors partied ALL night long so no sleep until 4 am. Night after night. But hey, you don’t come to the beach to stay inside. We survived and wasn’t going to let it ruin our time.」
