整體上滿意, 我住宿之前剛颱風登陸, 所以入住後泳池和私人海灘的設施也用不到, 真可惜! 度假村的風景和清淨十分好, 而自助餐的評價是中性, 唯一不足之處是入住時不能帶食物和飲料進去, 但我在網上訂房時沒有說明, 否則一經發現就會罰款!

Being changed to another hotel without notice
Booked a room at Vinpearl Resort and emailed the staff prior to departure to ask about the transportation arrangement (the confirmation email sent by Expedia with all the necessary details was attached) but the staff did not say anything about the room. At check-in the staff provided the registration form to fill in but my gender, surname and first name were all wrong. Most importantly, the form showed the name of another hotel at Vinpearl instead of Vinpearl Resort. The staff still didn't explain anything until I asked her whether it was ok to fill in the form under another hotel. She then told me that Vinpearl Resort was under maintenance and had to arrange another room at another hotel for me. Why wouldn't any staff inform me of such important changes? She also arranged a room with garden view only but the original booking was a room with sea view which costed more. Again, she didn't explain anything about this and I had to tell her to give me the same type of room I reserved. On the way to the hotel I saw some guests on a golf car going towards the direction of Vinpearl Resort, and this hotel is still accepting reservations. I can't understand why my reservation had to be changed while Vinpearl Resort is still open for business.

请注意，客房内丢钱！
之前提交过一次点评，但不知为何没有被公布。客观的说一下这次事件，一来确实比较郁闷，二来也好给以后去的提个醒。客观来说，酒店总体还是不错的，环境和餐饮都对得起五星，唯独对突发事件的处理太过欠缺。事情是这样的，忘记关保险柜的门，回来后发现房间已经整理过，保险柜也已经锁上，觉得奇怪，试了试密码不对，叫来经理打开，钱包里面的现金少了700块人民币。因为钱是分两侧放的，每测各少了几张，没有都拿完，一看就是老手做的。当即找了酒店安保，说明情况，当时我提议过报警。下午再出去回来后值班经理过来找我，拿了个类似黑莓的hp手机，对着保险柜一通接收数据，然后跟我说上午在那个经理帮我开保险柜之前一直都是锁着的，手机能显示开关信息。我不信，让他把上一次保险柜开的时间给我显示一下，那个值班经理先是说机器只能接收当天的数据，在我的要求下试了下，结果显示前一天最后一次开保险柜是中午11点多，也就意味着从前一天中午11点多到当天11点多那个经理来开保险柜，期间没有任何人开过柜子，包括我自己。这明显就不合常理。我跟值班经理反映，他也承认前一天中午起就没开过柜子不合理，但仍坚持当天的数据是正确的，而前一天的数据有可能因为系统原因接收不正确。我说要报警，他说春节期间警察要一两周才能处理完这个事，而我两天后就要走了，对我来说根本于事无补。我问酒店能做什么？他说如果报警他们全力配合，其他的什么也做不了。这让我很郁闷，一个五星级酒店，客人丢了财务，酒店只会和客人理论，根本不安慰客人，这样的五星级酒店，在危机处理方面差太多。如果不出事皆大欢喜，但一旦出现问题，就只会推卸责任，让人情何以堪！！

酒店含儿童游乐屋，大型游乐场，水上乐园，海底世界等，比较适合家庭休闲旅游，美中不足的是服务员的英语水平普及不高，去的人比较多，不少游玩项目需要排队，另外自助餐的水果品种比较少。

We stayed 3 nights in a 3 bedroom villa with our extended family and an additional 3 nights in a spacious king suite for our family of 4. It was an awesome experience from beginning to end. The food was great, the spa was exceptional and relaxing, and the pool was fun! We loved the service. Sy Phuc was very helpful throughout our stay. The entire staff is very friendly and polite. We will be back for sure!

Good area and pool but the facilities are really old ! When u get in the room it feels like no one stay there for long time ! Good for family to stay not too much activity for young people !

가족여행에 적합한 만능 풀빌라
빈펄리조트의 3룸 풀빌라에 묵었는데 사용흔적은 있지만 관리가 잘 된 편이라 흡족하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 빌라에 있는 풀도 작지 않아서 아이들과 놀기 적당했고 모든 방마다 화장실과 TV가 있어서 여러 가족이 와도 편할 것 같네요. 빈원더스의 놀이기구나 워터파크도 재미있고 룸서비스 음식도 저렴하진 않지만 충분히 맛있고 훌륭했습니다. 피트니스는 유산소 운동 시구보단 근력 운동 기구가 잘 갖춰져 있고 이용하기 편합니다. 메인풀장은 규모가 상당히 크고 농구,배구,수구 등도 즐길 수 있으며 풀사이드바도 이용할 만합니다. 다만, 호텔앞 비치는 모래는 좋은데 바닷물이 탁하고 아주 깨끗하다는 느낌은 아니었습니다.
