「Best location! Walkable to everything in downtown Helen in a few minutes. Proximity to the Chattahoochee was my favorite part of our stay. The balcony overlooking the river was pleasant and enjoyable even in a rainstorm. We enjoyed watching all the fishermen in their waders. We would definitely stay here again. A bit dated but you can tell from the pictures so that is not a surprise. Our bed was comfortable and the linens and towels were clean and tidy. Great weekend stay! 」

「This is a very elegant hotel. We've stayed before and have had great experiences. The pools and hot tub are a relaxing draw for us, as is the ease and convenience of location. My only concern was the lack of good lighting and poor water pressure in our bathroom. All else was wonderful!」

「Kind of a unique setup where the check-in desk is not on the ground floor. On site off-street, covered parking was a very nice perk. On-site bar and kitchen was a nice option for a meal and adult beverages without the drive home. If someone just wouldn't have been smoking in the hallway and tripping the fire alarm at 1:15AM, it would have been perfect.」
