「I chose this house for my family stay because it was close to my son’s wedding venue in Berkeley & also allowed gatherings. It was great for my son’s new in-laws to join us for an introductory dinner. The deck was great and the kitchen was well-equipped. Chris was very accommodating & even offered to purchase a baby gate for the stairs for my 20-mo. grandson. 「We were so pleased with this gem of a property. It was very new, safe and clean. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of areas to lounge and relax. 「I booked this property for my wedding party to stay at for 2 nights. Each room was beautiful, detail-oriented, and unique. Everyone slept comfortably and was charmed by how special each room felt. It’s clear a lot of love and care was put into this place. Check in was seamless and painless. It made for beautiful photos and set a fun tone for everyone. 「We loved Stella's ground floor apartment -- clean, bright, spacious, it served all of our needs. The kitchen had just enough of everything utensil-wise for us to cook simple meals. Very convenient neighborhood with easy parking. The only caveat is that we sometimes heard music at night -- loud bass on someone's sound system. But otherwise this is a real find and we enjoyed being able to spread out.」

「This place is well maintained. It's very clean, wonderful host and fabulous patio with gorgeous flowers. Having the second key was great since there were 4 different groups doing different things. A third or forth key would have helped slightly so each could do their own thing and not had to figure out how to get in. But the second key helped a lot. The whole place is very spacious and as are the bedrooms.」
