"Second time at this property. Room was ok, small pebbles on floor, looked like a quick vacuum. New Smart shades malfunctioned, we couldn’t put back up. The shades kept trying to engage all night, kept waking us up. We contacted Management and they tried charging the shades, but there was a defect ..."
