I like the decoration of the hotel and the rooms are fantastic. Not to mention that the public bath and complimentary food/snacks/drinks at the lobby area are certainly bonus! The staff are also very friendly and sincere. It is a bit far to walk from the public transport area, although there is a choice of bridge/underground tunnel to choose. It might take a bit of time going out, but the surrounding area is serene and nice. I will definitely consider staying at the hotel again. Thank you for the great service and experience!

雖然酒店有少少遠離車站，但酒店周圍也有三間不同品牌的便利店，十分方便。由於check in當天剛好下雨，行李箱全濕，酒店職員很貼心，立即拎毛巾給我們使用，十分貼心。而且酒店房間很乾淨，燈光很明亮，不會黑沉沉。酒店有提供下午茶同happy hour 時段，免費提供酒水。總括而言，會再次入住。

Arriving 2pm and asked if can have early check in. They wasted our time to get all our passports - 7 persons, to check slowly and then tell us need to pay to have early checkin. We left and came back around midnight to check in

This is very nice hotel and just 5 mins walk from Herbis Osaka bus station. Everything is good. Just the breakfast is very little western style.

Cleaner had left his/her cigarette bedside the refrigerator (which I am non-smoker), hairs in bathtub is not properly clean up.
One night after I backed to the room, I discovered a box of cigarette which myself is non-smoker and the room itself is smoke prohibited

會再次入住的酒店
酒店環境非常好，本來是3人行訂購雙人房，酒店主動在房間安排了多加一張床，讓我們睡得比較舒服。而每天我也有加購早餐，是日式早餐，有些款式每天都不一樣，至少不會吃膩。 而且酒店從早上到晚上十點的不同時段也有一些免費飲料/酒/小吃。尤其晚上的茶漬飯很好吃!! 我們住在10樓，感覺玻璃對馬路的隔音有一點點差，不過幸好該地段晚上不是經常有車經過。 而酒店位置很方便，從關西機場搭乘機場巴士在Herbis下車，走過去酒店十分方便，而雖然鄰近的西梅田站10號出口是樓梯，不過站內往地下通道走分別有兩部升降機可以使用走到地面走路回酒店。 有行李的話從breeze breeze的升降機到地下通道去JR大阪駅也是很快，不過記得要在中央口才會不用走樓梯(有電梯)。 總括而言，雖然要去梅田站/東梅田站的話可能有一點點距離，但酒店服務各項東西也十分滿意，下次去大阪也會選擇入住。

Highly recommended
Clean and tidy, with rice soup provided at night time which was good. The hotel is very close to the centre of Umeda and metro station. The price of the hotel was reasonable.

One of a good choice in Umeda Station. The price is valuable with good service. In case of bad weather, you can enjoy the meal, drinks in hotel. However, some parts (intra coonect rooms's door metal) in the rooms didnlt clear with many dust. However, many benefits and free of charge. 10 min walk to Umeda Osaka Station. Good location. Will book again.

酒店位置方便，坐機場巴士只需65-7分鐘，落車後行幾分鐘就到達。 附近有不少便利店，晚上食宵夜絕無問題。同時亦有好多商場，阪急/阪神/大丸/LINKS，超方便。 酒店員工態度友善親切，樂於幫忙。識講普通話/英文。 房間整齊清潔，梅田來講，面積都算大。
