The lobby is nice, however the music around the lounge is quite annoying sometimes. Perhaps they should change the ''house'' style music in the morning.

這次旅行我訂的是“Moxy Signature”房，這應該是酒店最好的房間，但結果他們只給了我一個相同大小的房間，房間的環境令人失望。 我房間的床邊有一扇維修門，房間裡唯一的窗戶是用 2 塊玻璃組裝而成，而不是一整塊窗戶玻璃。 房間裡的燈光昏暗而不是舒適，尤其是靠近門口的走廊位置。 床上總是有靜電，這是我在其他酒店沒有遇到過的問題，我無法解釋原因。 酒店的早餐感覺不值1800日元，選擇很有限，質量一般。

地點位於商業區，購物不方便。是因為萬豪管理才入住，雖然設計風格是符合年輕人口味，服務人員態度亦不錯。可惜房間太小，最大缺點是整個房間都沒有窗戶，感覺極不舒適，不值這個價錢！

Coxy,Comfy but a bit disappointed
This is my second stay at Moxy Osaka. I have been appointed to stay at a room without any windows. The receptionist told me to pay 1000 yen extra per night to upgrade my room that has window, I paid and then figured my colleague has booked the same type of room as I did. Her room has window. Not sure why was I required to pay the extra. Moxy Osaka offers welcome drink . Gin Tonic is such a simple drink. Apparently you will need to be the VIP guest to have this drink. Strange... I was required to pay 200 yen for Osaka tax when I checked out. It's cheap, but not sure why didn't they charge me in the first place. Easy assess by cab from Osaka Station and Shin Osaka (Shinkasen) station.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing the honest feedback regarding your stay at Moxy Osaka Honmachi. Due to the hotel layout, some of the rooms could not be equipped with the window. Now I cannot check the detail of room status and your room type during your stay, but I would like to apologize that we offered inconvenient experience with us. Lastly, regarding the accomodation tax, I know it is very inconvenient to pay separately to the room charge. However, it is going to pay for the Osaka city. Therefore, we need to collect it separately to the room charge. Please kindly understand the system, and we hope to serve you again whenever you visit Osaka with a better room condition.

很青春的一家旅館, 可以稱為五星級的青年旅舍. 標榜自己服務自己, 吃完早餐要把餐具放回廚房. 很有趣. 但是服務的經驗以及外語的能力都要加油. 因為年輕人居多, 相對的比較熱鬧.

Walkable distance from subway stations. The room looks new, clean, and comfortable. Didn’t have time to enjoy the lobby restaurant and bar, but it should be nice to hang out with friends for a drink or two on Friday night.

The hotel itself is very good, the vibe and atmosphere are excellent. The location isn't the best. There's nothing much around the area, and you have to take some kind of transportation to get to the core area of the city.

員工專業有禮，年輕有活力。英話能力非常好。設施齊備，應有盡有。有點 Hotel & Hostel 的 MIX & MATCH，但感覺不錯。晚上有DJ打碟，party game 眾多，夠你玩一晚了。MINI BAR 有好多街上難找到的日本WHISKY，喜歡的話可以試下。房間空間大，新淨清潔，設計人性化，配合生活需要，非常满意。美中不足是早餐比較遜預期。Overall, Highly Recommended.

Surprisingly the best part of the hotel is the location. Close to the train stations, conscience stores, and multiple places to eat. I was also happy with the size of the room, it was truly spacious for the price we paid.

Overpriced for the experience. Staff does not speak any English expect for 1-2 people, which makes for a very rough time for foreigners. We even speak beginners Japanese and it doesn’t help here. If you are local or speak an average amount of Japanese, it might be a different story. Breakfast was overpriced at $12/person. Free coffee machine was not working 5/7 days, so you have to pay for it at the bar if you want any. Had 2 free drink tickets that we forgot to bring. Tried to use them at checkout but they said they wouldn’t use them against a previous order. Wouldn’t help much with luggage forwarding, which really was a downer. Location was good to trains. Room was nice and spacious. Cleaners were great! Would go elsewhere next time due to staff and complications.

Teenage kids declared it to be the best hotel they stayed yet. It is their first Moxy hotel stay and definitely memorable. They love the foosball. A bunch of different board games available for kids to play dart board in some kind a karaoke or a game machine too. Easy to do laundry on second floor. Close proximity to metro station. Breakfast was so so but a la carte menu was decent and good. Definitely would stay again.
