入住私人露台風呂，面向湖景真是一流! 到達車站有電話可借，打電話比酒店就有免費巴士接送。晚餐是精緻料理，很美味。不過我地比較大食，宵夜去了酒店對面食拉麵。

It is too old for japanese -style room , even is the lower price one, did not expect one the window can't open,and the wall paper are damaged.And one day morning i ask the front desk when is the last shuttle bus from JR station, they told me was 20:45, then i was 20:30 at the JR station call hotel, and they said not in service after 20:30.I take the taxi back and complaint, they always said:Sorry Sorry ! because they don't want explanation,for my first night arrived,I want to reserve the restaurant from them and want to see the menu what they can order, they also say: sorry sorry ! no menu.this hotel doesn't any things nearby, just can't help for the customer, only sorry sorry ! for solve things. Want to have dinner at the restaurant, they not willing to do business!! too bad.

不滿：職員與服務

酒店硬件冇問題，譬如設施飲食好0k，但係服務人員表現不夠，例如剛取房著浴衣時發覺外套有煙味，在前枱詢問話可能之前有客人在房吸煙（註：此房是禁煙房），就算是吸煙都應該將全部衣物更換吖。仲有大部份工作人員（包括經理）笑容欠奉，我們四人早餐一個烤爐，問經理加一個爐，經理如同僵屍走來，這樣的事情真不像溫泉旅館。

Nice private outdoor hot bath in my room overlooking Lake Biwa. Room was comfortable. Very nice grilled fish breakfast . Dinner not as spectacular as breakfast.

不錯的家庭之旅

我們是全家四口出遊，房間選了兩張床和兩個日式Futon。床的部分比較老舊，彈簧塌陷，睡得不舒服。但日式Futon則非常滿意。早餐選擇還算不錯。旅館地點好，看湖景。泡湯的設施滿意，有室內和室外的泡湯池，非常乾淨。

Better to book western style room

This is my second time to stay here. Maybe I am not used to sleep in Japanese style room. I think the room last time I booked (western style with two beds) was much better than this time! Foods are good, especially the dinner. The selections of dishes could show the chef is really excellent! The onsen and the air there is good!

Everything is perfect and unforgettable !!

The meals are good, very delicious! The buffet breakfast has given me a big surprise, different kinds of local style Japanese food are provided... carb, beef, fresh fish for self BBQ... all unbelievably good! The dinner is in traditional style and special. Both those big hot springs in the hotel and those private one in rooms will make you feel satisfied, contented and pleased! The room is extremely neat, tidy, and the facilities are ample. You can have your own balcony, ENJOY THE HOT SPRING with the FANTASTIC LAKE VIEW! The staff are all very polite. My flight have been delayed and I could have arrived at 7:35pm at the JR station, the staff still drove the shuttle bus to pick up us! The hotel has their own small Japanese style garden. One day is not enough To enjoy all the facilities inside. Everything is perfect and unforgettable!!

Very good hotel, will visit again 非常好，下次會再來

Very big hotel and good spa facilities. We arrived very late at night on 20/7 but the hotel still arrange pick up service. We had ordered dinner.since we arrived late at around 9, the waiters still serve us patiently. Perfect service attitude. The room is very big and tidy. We had our own spa tube. However, it's covered with a big sponge. We find it strange so we did not use it. We planned to visit this hotel for 2 days next time again. 房間非常大而整潔，附近拍照很美。溫泉非常好，有多個選擇。我們很晚才到，但餐廳職員依然專業服務，第二天早上也見到他們serve早餐，非常專業。走的時候也有車接送到車站。下次會再來，留兩天慢慢玩。
