1.接駁車在車站較遠之處，若搭乘SCNF相關車抵達，要花點時間與精力才能找到，間距等待時間也很長。 2. 房間清潔極糟：一入房間濃濃的味道，可能是上個房客留下的體味或香水味，需要開窗才能通風。 廚房地板清潔不足，踩到類似醬汁獲油煙殘留物，黏黏很不舒服。 浴室蓮蓬頭滿滿水垢。 3. 優點：離outlet 較近。

四人房很大， 可惜只是住了一晚， 性價比ok
和火車站有些距離，還有免費shuttle bus和公共巴士。夜晚11點左右迪士尼完場後可以坐shuttle bus和公共巴士(Navigo卡免費)。 房間有小型廚房和廚具，鍾意烹飪的朋友可以去附近嘅大型商場的非常大嘅超級市場，買食品回酒店烹飪。 四人房很大， 可惜只是住了一晚， 性價比ok。

The price matches the experience I was expecting. Staffs are helpful and the spot is convenient. Just to be reminded if you are carrying heavy luggage, please don't walk to the hotel as the road near the hotel was in bad condition. But for the other time, walking to the Disney Resort is a good choice. Nice view and silent environment. Perfect for a rest after the long day in Disneyland Paris. The only thing I was not quite happy with was there were not enough lights in my room which I couldn't do my writting there. The hotel is close to a big shopping centre, which makes buying food and necessity easy.

女性的櫃台接待人員態度傲慢且有令人不舒服的語氣及眼光，男性接待員很友善，地點很好鄰近OUTLET，且迪士尼專車就在門口，客房清潔(平日)應該要來卻沒有來，房間漂亮但是頗小隔音很差，大體而言飯店很不錯，就是女性接待員的態度令人不太舒服

A very nice and cheap hotel near disneyland
The hotel offers free shuttle bus to disneyland. The room is cozy and not small. One good thing I like is that unlike other hotels with similar price, it has heater inside the bathroom so you won’t feel cold when u are taking a shower in winter

How disappointed
This is a disappointed experinese in this hotel. I arrived in hotel at mid night and really exhausted already. But the staff informed us we should stay in other hotel. I believe hotel is overbook. In total we stay two night, staff said that we should stay one night in other hotel and then come back to stay in Hi-park hotel one night. They can not offer two night stay in same hotel. This is how inconvenient to guest. And also our luggages should packed in 2nd day and then send to Hi-park hotel in the morning, then take shuttle bus to Disneyland. Overall staff can not provide any compensatory action to us. This is our first time go to Paris Disneyland and stay in Hi-park hotel. But we are really angry and disappointed.

Bad ventilation in the room woth kitchen. We need to open the window to ventilate the air. The staff didnt introduce us about the information of fitness centre, saunas and swimming pool. So we didnt use any facilities of it. Good breakfast and location to paris disneyland.

比较满意的住宿，一点点的小瑕疵。
位置很好，距离奥特莱斯以及购物中心步行的距离；距离迪士尼乐园也很近，有免费的shuttle bus接送，但是早晚繁忙的时段人太多了，根本上不去，建议繁忙时段增加发车频次；另外，早餐人很多，特别缺乏餐具，有一天早上碗和杯子全都没有了。另外，去gym和使用kids corner里面的设备都需要使用护照或者ID，有点麻烦。其余都还好，对的起这个价格，还算是一次满意的入住。

first of all, one day after the housekeeping finish the clean in the room, she forgot to lock the door of my room! when I came back from sightseeing and saw it, it's so so crazy. at last I didn't lose anything, but the hotel didn't show their courtesy and any professional attitude on this. and so impressed by the low service, the first day after I checked in, I finded there were dirty glasses in the closet, I told the reception but since I left the hotel, nobody picked them up and washed them. very unpleasant stay never come back!

I stayed in this hotel for 1night after playing in Disneyland and I even checked-in at 1145pm. The staff are really nice and helpful. Even I had so many questions to ask them, they still answered me one by one kindly. For the room, it's really great! Clean! Enough Space! Overall, it provided more then what i bargain for! Great experience here! The only one thing which is not convenient is the shuttle bus service to the hotel would stop at 1130pm.

The location is not really close the train station, you have to take the bus or walk a long distance about 25mins to the hotel.But it's near the shopping mall, there are a supermarket and various stores,it's very convienent.And if you want to go Disney ,you could take the free shuttle bus between the hotel and Disney. A shortage is the bed not comfortable ,but everything is ok.

A very nice Hotel
Very new, clean and comfort Hotel. But a little bit far away from Disneyland Paris. Need to take a free shuttle for 5－10mins to the Disneyland. 2 to 3 shuttle bus in every hour. Near outlet and shopping mall, 5－10mins walking time. With sauna and swimming pool. Good to relax.
