Great hotel in convenient location
The hotel is located in a very nice location, 5 minutes to Roissy bus stop, and Galeries Lafayette. Best of all, they provide open bar, not just in their hotel, but 16 other hotel, you can take a rest and have a drink when you get tired from exploring the city. The room is spacious, king size bed, and with lifts. The only downsides are the room are a bit old, rug dirty, the water boiler was pretty dirty as well, and they don't lock the luggage room. Other than that, this is a perfect hotel located in a convenient location, would definitely recommend.

Location is amazing for shopping and dining in the heartbeat of Paris. The staff at this hotel is exceptional. I had a couple special requests and they were sure to support my requests. Easy communication as everyone speaks English well and is knowledgeable of the area

Convenient for train station and Roissybus to airport. Confusion at check in as receptionist said I didn’t have same credit card I’d booked with, until she realised she was looking at someone else’s booking. Said there are soft drinks in the room,but there weren’t, had to ask for some. Hotel has definitely seen better days, shabby and dirty in places. Wouldn’t go back again.

Hotel bem localizado, porém sujo, precisando de reforma e manutenção. Quarto bem pequeno. Atendimento é bom, staff prestativo. Não recomendaria pra mais de uma noite.

Great location
Great location, small rooms but worked for party of two traveling light. We were able to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre Museum. Enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping.

Central hotel
Was very central and easy to get to go to all sites. Breakfast was excellent and the snacks were appreciated. Lift was old and used by guests as well as cleaning staff. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Chambre correcte donnant sur une courette. Très bruyant en cas de pluie car sous un toit en zinc. Hôtel très bien placé. Je recommande le restaurant "les Bacchantes" à coté.

Comfortable
Hotel was well located, comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided and availability of snacks, coffee/tea during the day was excellent. Only disappointment was that my room (which was a single) did not have a safe.

A bit hit and miss
The hotel is in a good location for a business trip - the receptionist was friendly and efficient, the bedroom was comfortable and quiet - the bathroom was a bit basic with a shower connected to the bath tap but it was clean - it was a welcome bonus to have free drinks and snacks all through the day - breakfast was varied but it was difficult to find the basics like plates, cutlery, and glasses - this had the feel of a bed and breakfast type accommodation rather than a hotel - the decor was a bit tired in places - overall not really worth the price charged.
