Nous apprécions beaucoup la clientèle Chinoise et nous regrettons que votre expérience ne vous ai pas apporté pleine satisfaction. La barrière de la langue a probablement créé un malentendu sur le moment. Nous avons fait face à une situation inédite. Le gouvernement, du jour au lendemain, a exigé un confinement de la population. Notre priorité était de préserver la sécurité de notre clientèle et de nos employés. Il nous a fallu fermer l’hôtel afin de mettre en place un protocole d’hygiène spécifique efficace avant de rouvrir l’hôtel. Cette fermeture était indispensable afin que ce protocole soit optimal.
