房間滿小，行李箱只能打開ㄧ個大箱，但滿舒適，離地鐵站非常近，左右兩邊的兩個地鐵站都約走三分鐘。水壓有點小。

A good place to stay in Paris
Very convenient place , near opera , north train station. Most of the site seeing place , shopping mall are within 2km from the hotel. Staff are nice and friendly.

Good location, but bad environment. The room looks different from the pictures shown on the website. It has a wired smell both at the hallway and in the room. The room was way to small to open up a suite case.

A bit disappointed
During our stay , we should be upgrade by Expedia VIP access but the check in staff told us only stay more than one week will get it. But when check out , the other staff told us they didn't get any message from Expedia, it's a mistake. Then they offer only one bottle complementary water in the room but without any notice or any information in the room. Because they offer complementary water and pay water with the same ones, so guests will easy to be confused and charged by hotel. I think it's not a good way to make money from guests. But after all the restaurant staffs are good enough when enjoy our breakfast.

The hotel is just a few steps from the metro station. It's also close to the Opera, which is a must-go in Paris and Lafayette if you want to do a bit shopping. Wifi is free, but the connection wasn't so good for once and was fixed by the staff promptly upon request. Staffs were friendly. Room wasn't that big but reasonable as a hotel in Paris. There were occasional noises from the road adjacent to the hotel.

缺點：客房打掃經常遺漏，忘記補充衛生紙、沐浴精或毛巾，需要到前檯拿取才有。出門時有人(不知是清潔人員或是房客)惡作劇將please make up the room的吊牌拿走，只好親自到前檯提醒需整理房間，但回來後，吊牌回來了，房間仍未整理。而且房間真的很小，浴室也小到不行。 優點：飯店位置不錯，附近就有地鐵七號線，到很多景點靠這條線都可以到達，附近也有很多公車站牌，離北站也很近，飯店旁就有家樂福超市，不遠處也有fraprix超市，屬於地點佳價格不高的飯店。 整體來說，只要客房清潔可以再提昇服務品質，且不再意客房大小，則算是不錯的飯店。

Everything is good, expect the room was not available at the designated check in time of 3pm. After an 13 hour flight with a child, this is essential aspect for consideration. Staff was nice and professional however 2 star is only for not having the room ready at the check in time.

Stayed here many times and never sleep, rooms are too noisy and way to hot now that the air con has been taken away. If you open the windows all you can hear is traffic noise and smells car fumes and smoke. Earplugs need to be provided and bring the air con back please. Rooms also have a mould smell and are never dusted properly. Bulbs and broken shower door glass need replacing.

Dear Laura, Thank you for sharing your experience following your last stay.I am sorry to see that your stay did not met your expectation and surprised that even if you do not sleep everytime you book a room with us, you choose to come again. You might know that almost all of our rooms are street view and that Lafayette street is a main street in Paris and very busy so it cannot be very quiet. But we understand that the noise sensibility is not the same regarding the person.Our air conditioning system is central. On the winter, we have to reverse it in heating mode. I will share your concern with our maintenance department to see what it can do about that.We do have other room available if you are not comfortable in yours. The front Desk team is always available if you need anything. But the housekeeping department will know about the concern you shared regarding the room.Best regards,

6泊しましたが、2日目にバスローブがなくなり、以降、リクエストをしても配置されることはありませんでした。 コーヒーも水も、リクエストをしてもほぼ補充されません。 紙にリクエストを書いて、チップを置き、チップだけがなくなりリクエストが叶えれらない…。 部屋の清掃に関しては、良い思いがありません。 立地はとてもよいです。 近くにスーパーも飲食店もあり、また、地下鉄の駅も近いです。 部屋の清掃と毎日の補充に期待しなければ、よいホテルだと思います。（これがパリの四つ星ホテルのクオリティなのでしょうか…。）

Uncomfortable sleep
Friendly staff and great location. Not my first stay so feel like a home from home. Unfortunately the previous guest had used the alarm clock and it hadn’t been reset. I was woken up at 6am by the alarm. My superior room had two single beds pushed together, usually find in other hotels but the beds moved and I would fall in between. I had to sleep on one side, very uncomfortable and a wasted of bed.

I think the property was okay. In the area, there are very few people, and food options are kind of limited, depending on the time. The wifi also wasn't working very well, therefore making it very difficult to stay connected.

We were on the top floor (level 6) but the lift was broken so we had to walk up 6 flights of long stairs. Super exhausting but the staff were amazing

Die Unterkunft liegt nahe verschiedener Metro Stationen. Das Zimmer war groß und schön eingerichtet. Leider sind die Kissen sehr hart und nachts spürt man Vibrationen im Zimmer (evtl. durch die U-Bahn o.ä.)

Manager is really nice gave me a upgrade but even that was a dump this hotel is old and gross could not sleep never would stay again and it stinks elevator doesn’t work u have to carry bags up many stories
