During our stay , we should be upgrade by Expedia VIP access but the check in staff told us only stay more than one week will get it. But when check out , the other staff told us they didn't get any message from Expedia, it's a mistake. Then they offer only one bottle complementary water in the room but without any notice or any information in the room. Because they offer complementary water and pay water with the same ones, so guests will easy to be confused and charged by hotel. I think it's not a good way to make money from guests. But after all the restaurant staffs are good enough when enjoy our breakfast.
