「I booked this unit for my in-laws during their visit in Manila. This property was clean and quiet. It was a very smooth and easy checked in and out. My in-laws loved the property, however, swimming pool and the gym were not accessible as it was described as part of the amenities. They do not mind paying for whatever fee needed to use the swimming pool or the gym, but the guard informed them that it was only for the owner of the units and not the people checked in. 「Overall, it’s a good experience to stay here in club sea view room. However, 1. The aircon is too cold and the temperature control seems not working properly. 2. The Balcony did not set up chairs and coffee table for relaxing 3. Sea view is not beautiful and suggest no need to choose this type of room.」

「PROS: Near the airport (NAIA). Size of the rooms. CONS: Initial check in was poor. Handling of the luggage curbside didn’t happen. The initial check in at the front desk was hurried and not welcoming. Food at breakfast was low quality.」
