「Beautiful rooms, very modern and cozy. Breakfast was fair, good food, cozy space, accommodating. I was a little concern with the walkout door in by room, was not sure about the neighborhood and had 2 kids with me, so I got a little concern, but everything was great!」

「The hotel is old and the accessible room is not clean. There is no water boiler in the room and the buffet bar did not offer cold water. 」

「The service of the counter was excellent. The room was also comfortable with the appliances you will need. The hotel offers free transportation from or to the YYZ airport, and it only takes 5 minutes. 」

「Only stayed one night and I found the hotel staff to be friendly and polite. Room was comfortable and clean. The free WiFi was easy to access and worked well. Although it did not bother me, I did hear the airplanes from the airport operating late at night. 」

「Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. 」
