Hotel is not well kept, it’s noisy and the “restaurant”/bar was closed entirely on a Saturday night. Meanwhile, they’re still advertising it as an amenity…quite misleading. The front desk attendant was unfriendly and not helpful at all. Won’t likely go back.

I usually have a great experience when staying at Marriott hotels, but this stay was different. I was down there on business, and when I checked in Thursday, I had asked for a Friday 6:30 AM wake up call. I never rec'd it, and hence missed my rideshare to the event. I had to book an Uber ride for $70.00. And, just last night when going into the hotel, I asked for another wake up call 4:00AM that I never rec'd either. Simple wake up calls, that I didn't get ruined my stay! I am very disappointed with the overall experience.

Nice Staff and Facility in a Great Location
This is a clean and modern facility in a great location. The room was very comfortable and all of the furnishings were in excellent condition. Just absolutely nothing to complain about with the room or lobby. The staff was very friendly and checked us in quickly. We dealt with three shifts of staff over our stay and all were friendly and questions were answered quickly and well. There were so many places to eat in strolling distance from the hotel. Maguires is right across the street and Another Broken Egg (amazing breakfast menu) is right across the parking lot. Whataburger and Waffle House a short stroll, a high end liquor store, and a convenience store also in strolling distance. Supermarket was a short drive or a long walk. Highly recommended.

Our stay was three nights , not once did anyone come to clean our room , not even one time. Our garbage cans were full, I made our bed , and had to ask for clean towels . We have stayed here at least once a year with another couple while visiting family in Pensacola. Next year we will be looking for another hotel.

The front desk staff for this hotel was the worst attitude and unfriendly staff that I’ve encountered in a long time and I travel all over the world and stay in a lot of hotels. They made you feel like you were a hindrance and bother for asking a question or needing more towels because they “wouldn’t do daily housekeeping because they were short staffed and new.” I’m not at all impressed, stay somewhere else.

Great stay
This hotel was very nice. The staff is super friendly. We were greeted with a smile every time we came & went. If you’re staying for the beach it is only about a 10 minute drive down.

Way too expensive to not offer breakfast. Way too hard to book through Expedia. The Expedia agent cancelled my booking because she had to be the one to talk to Marriott and not me. She literally couldn’t communicate what I was asking for and ends up cancelling my room and still charging me for it!!

Rebecca was really welcoming at check-in but failed to let me know housekeeping wouldn't be available. On the website it states *daily room service". We left early and when we returned the room was not clean, they didn't even give us new towels. I called to complain and was told by Rebecca she'll send me sheets so I can make my own bed. She then told me it was nothing she can do, that her manager would give me a call back before I checked out. Have yet to receive that call and I checked out yesterday. Poor customer service.

The water in shower takes a hot 2 mins to get hot.. after flushing toilet it running for 30 seconds… told staff twice … nothing done … after for towels twice had to go get them myself

This is our go-to in pensacola. We were passing through recently, totally exhausted from a long week. The staff allowed to check in hours early! We were able to recharge before continuing on.Their help and hospitality made a huge and positive difference for us!

Smoke alarm light was located close to head of bed and at night pulsated like a strobe light. Someone vulnerable could have had an epileptic fit. Needs to be changed out to a more subtle smoke alarm light and moved. Also, difficult to use the bathtub stopper to take a bath. Staff were very friendly and room was clean.
