「This property lives up to its photographs and description! No "fish eye" lens views! Spacious lodging with room to walk around each bed, table, furniture. Lodging is very secure with locking systems in place. We were greeted warmly by Janice who explained a variety of aspects of the property including locking/unlocking, and local eateries. 「Echoing many of the reviews already shared, the closeup view of Lake Michigan is impressive whether you're inside the home or lounging outside on the great wraparound deck. Depending on the weather, you can get beautiful bright blue calm water to raging waves crashing on the shoreline frontage. Fortunately, our 3-day stay was very nice with great sunny weather and mostly calm water that made our overall visit so much more enjoyable. 「What a relaxing getaway for us who are busy raising three kids- 21,17 and 14. It’s been well over a decade since we did anything as husband and wife, without the kids. We grew up in Port Washington and savored being on Lake Michigan on two beautiful Spring Days. We took lots of walks and ate take out on the patio. With such views who needs a restaurant?? 「Regularly my group uses this location for our supervisor teambuiling training. The space provides an area to share meals, hold training, sleep and socialize. The host is available whenever needed. The home is clean and has all the amenities you can think of. In fact, the game room lets us be a kid again! Great location and space!」

「This home served as a place to cook basic meals and sleep while visiting family in Cedarburg. The kitchen, bathroom, and extra linens were well stocked. We encourage the property owner to give the place a thorough deep clean and potentially update some furniture. The home was fine for our 2 and 4 year old kids, but not ideal for a crawling baby. The place has great potential with minor improvements! Thank you!」

「My wife and I along with my parents had a nice weekend getaway. Very quiet and relaxing. Used the grill to grill burgers and kitchen for morning breakfast. Bring your own KCups for coffee. Really nice getaway. Everything went really smooth. And if you like to eat out lots in the area. We ate at Majerle's Black River Grill and enjoyed it.」

「The Port Hotel is very quaint. It is in a great location to walk just about anywhere. It is always quiet at night. The hotel has a nice coffee area with great pastries. We love staying there whenever we are in town. On a bad note, our bathroom ran out of toilet paper, and there wasn't any to be had anywhere. Good thing there was tissues.」
