Worst 5-star hotel in town. Avoid in all cause!
Worst hotel ever. We have paid the price in advance but the reception told us we haven’t paid for the hotel and asked us to pay again. Didn’t even apologise after the reception found out she was wrong. We have booked for 3 people with an extra bed but the room type was wrong. No extra bed, no extra amenities, no extra slippers etc. Have talked to the manager about the issue who was extremely unhelpful at all. After repetitive demands and waiting for a long time, we finally got changed to a new room (which was nice). The bellboy who helped the transfer was being rude the entire process. A complete amateur and unprofessional. Someone just barged in to our room when we first arrived our room. Without even saying sorry, she just left without giving us an explanation. Serious security concerns. Avoid this hotel at all cost. The food at the bar was not worth the price we paid for. Breakfast buffet was crowded with not much staff to help clean the table. Food was okay but with limited choices. Overall it is not a 5-star hotel but rather a 3-star one. If you want your money to get wasted, you could take your chances here. But there are plenty of good choices around town.

Worst WiFi, dirty towels
I would say it’s the worst WiFi I’ve ever seen. It keeps logging me out from time to time and it’s really annoying. The towels are not clean. There’s booger on the towel. The air conditioner is not good-functioning. We have to open the window to keep the air flow. It’s worse than the four-star hotel that we’ve lived in Czech. I would say it doesn’t worth the place. The only advantage is it’s near to the main bus station and the train station and it’s in a good location but I definitely won’t recommend it for stay.

Hôtel très propre et petit déjeuner très copieux. Tramway au pied et métro à 3 minutes à pied. La place de l’horloge astronomique est accessible à pied, parfait pour une petite ballade en 10/15 minutes.

Found two small bugs on my bed. Pictures on Expedia were deceiving. Definitely doesn’t earn the 5 star rating on Expedia and 8.8 user rating is also overrated (positive reviews might have come from huge selection of free breakfast and friendly staffs). Location is good, but for this price, there are better hotels

I stayed 3 nights at the Grandior Hotel Prague March 2024. The hotel was close to everything and an easy to get to from the airport using the metro system. Hotel was very clean and had all the features you would expect in a nice hotel. Room was large, beds were comfortable and I loved the rain shower. Breakfast was great and had lots of hot and cold options. The fresh bread was to die for. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a good location for the sights of Prague, which can be on foot but there is also a tram stop right outside and a metro station nearby. Breakfast was excellent, just need more coffee machines. Rooms really clean and well maintained.

Great place, close to old town, resturants, and shopping. They held our luggage while we explored old town. The room was great expect for the weird have glass in the shower/ tub combo. Having a soaked floor while trying to step out of a deep tub is not fun.

kein guter Service
Das Hotel lag sehr zentral und Preis Leistung war gut. Aber als wir nachfragten ob wir eines von 2 gebuchten Zimmern noch etwas länger behalten könnten, da unser Flug erst am Abend war, war die Antwort ja wenn es frei ist, es kostet pro stunde 10€. Das habe ich weltweit noch nie erlebt. Am Schluß zahlt man den gleichen Preis für ein paar Stunden (ohne Service- Reinigung usw) wie für eine Übernachtung. Sehr schade da es ansonsten ein schönes Hotel war.
