El personal de recepción es amable. teníamos reservada una junior suite y nos dijeron nos habían hecho un upgrade el cual honestamente no sentimos. La habitación no era como la de las fotos, se veía viaja. Era una habitación muy lejana al area principal (E31) Se sentía amontonada con la cama extra que solicitamos para nuestro hijo. 」

「We had an excellent day. The apartment was very spacious, well equipped and clean. The facilities were excellent. We stayed in March and was a little wet so our teenagers enjoyed the indoor pool, paddle, crazy golf, table, tennis and gym. We used the on-site shop and restaurant for a pizza takeaway. we find it very handy to explore the local area. All the staff were particularly friendly and helpful. We would definitely return. 」

「We drove a long way to the hotel and checked in merely at midnight without having our dinner yet. Thou the kitchen was closed but the staffs were really care about our situation and did anything they can do. I love their rooms. 「A fabulous stay in a very high quality property. We had booked the apartment with a hot tub. However turned out there was renovation going on in the neighbouring property and we were offered an upgrade straight away. Staff were extremely helpful. The property is of really high quality, spacious and all the amenities you can expect. Stayed on top floor and no noise disturbances and all rooms had blackout curtains. 「Overall the hotel and spa are fabulous. Service was also outstanding. My only issues were Wifi and TV-related - did not get a connection in the villas. I called several times for help but it was not resolved. It is also difficult to get to your room after hours - many of the doors are locked and it becomes like a maze trying to get to your room. If you are using the gym after hours, you end up on the street and can only get back on the property through the front door. But, definitely stay...
