「The resort was beautiful and quiet. The receptionist and restaurant staff were excellent. The pool staff were not attentive, had to call them to get service. It’s far from town and airport. There not much around walking distance. 」

「The 5 employees who were so helpful in trying to find our reservation were so helpful and friendly. I had made reservations for two rooms for my son's on-site wedding, had a confirmation number, confirmation email, but when we arrived, the resort was surprised to see us, that's for sure. I got on the chat feature and started what turned out to be a 2 hour ordeal to unravel this misadventure. After that fiasco, our stay was great and the staff was wonderful. 「It was wonderful to stay at Muong Thanh hotel during the trip with my mom. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. I accidentally booked a wrong type of room. When I requested for a room upgrade , it was done quickly without charge which made a difference. I really appreciated it. We had a very good time. Highly recommended ❤️」
