酒店新及幹淨，湖景很美。
這次住了湖景房，景色十分美麗。工作人員親切友善，在酒店享用早餐十分舒服。 如果不是自駕遊，回酒店需要走一段山坡，步行大約10分鐘到鎮中心。 非常推薦大家入住。

隔音非常差，半夜有人浴缸放水也聽很清楚，位置在半山腰上不方便

就在皇后镇中心商业旅游区不远。下个山坡就到了。每天为了景观需要支付很贵的房费。但是真的值得。设计也很好，切记要湖景房要早晨

Good location, Room is big and comfort, Nice room decoration. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Would definitely visit again

是去年年底新开业的酒店，设施各方面都很新。位置很好，临湖，距离镇中心步行可达。总体比较满意。就是走了以后莫名其妙扣了我30新币，不知道是为何，无任何酒店消费，停车费也已经现金支付，酒店方面答复说邮件告知，但已经1周过去了，至今没有反馈。

房間門口指示牌不清楚，只有in and out兩面，我已住了3晚，但3日裏每朝一早9點左右就會有清潔人員開你房間門入黎，要大聲喝停佢先唔再入黎，但之後一整日就無人入過黎清潔及更換用品！

No upgrades. No in house spa. Amenity requests were sometimes ignored. Got a skin reaction from the bedsheets - not good. I travel a lot and that has never happened before. Chrome cast didn’t work on the TV.

The only I could ask for is for there to be a fitness center on sight. However this location is amazing. Great customer service and the facility is clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Beautiful view, nice room. Services were minimal considering cost of room. Did not include any valet or help with luggage. Laundry only available through do it yourself. Configuration of hotel logistics were somewhat cumbersome. Very over priced.

The hotel is not very central, and the parking was very terrible given that it was $50 per night. Overall don’t recommend this hotel for the price.

Truly perfect day for Queenstown. Right across the street from the lake, amazing views, and the hotels were the perfect combination of cozy and modern. We spent every day walking back-and-forth from Queenstown activities and the hotel.

Very clean hotel with a lovely view. Amazing nice staff! Must walk uphill to return from town. Not ideal for older people or those that aren’t up to a small steep walk. Not ideal if you are pushing luggage uphill. Restaurant is terrible and overpriced.

Great location close walking distance to the Queenstown Warf (where all the action is). Great stay, beautiful view, pleasant staff, and got a great in-room couples massage. We fell in love with Queenstown during our stay at the QT Queenstown!

The room on the 8th floor was like a dungeon. Checking into the room took more than an hour since the room was not ready. Hotel was clean and location is good. But if you are going to stay here get a room facing the lake.
