I thought the hotel was beautiful and the setting was fantastic. I loved the spa and amenities and we had a phenomenal dining experience at Le Cupole. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a special getaway with beautiful views and lovely sunsets on the Italian Riviera.

Nachdem ich seit über 35 Jahren einen großen Teil des Monats in durchaus guten Hotels verbringe, sticht dieses kleine, Hotel doch besonders positiv heraus. Durchwegs extrem freundliches Personal, besonders zuvorkommender Service, angemessene Zimmer, schöne Aussicht (Upgrade), kostenlose Parkplätze, großzügiger Spa-Bereich, tolles Gourmet-Restaurant, umfangreiches Frühstück - insgesamt ein kleines 5-Sterne Hotel „alter Schule“, das, insbesondere im Bereich Service selbst den Vergleich mit Klassikern wie dem Sacher in Wien durchaus antreten darf. Sehr gerne immer wieder.

Had a 5th floor room with a wonderful view. Breakfast was a good choice of fruit and cold meats/cheese. pastries etc. Omelettes available on request. Plentiful supply of hot drinks.

I had booked this hotel for a treat for the wife. We were driving from Nice. However due to a rental car issue we could not make it on the day. We called expedia mid afternoon to ask if it could be cancelled and refunded. Very helpful they agreed to talk to the hotel. Hotel said they needed managers approval. So 24 hours later the manager declined and charged us full amount despite our car issues and appeal. Running a luxury hotel is just as much about customer care and friendly service as the facilites. We have been to many great places where managers and customers services have been very friendly and corteous. With this hotel and manager we are very very disapointed. Manager may well refer to booking policy but that’s beyond the point. With a single refusal to refund he has tainted an otherwise well reviewed hotel

This hotel was fabulous. Beautiful interior and area by the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. We loved everything. Food options very good. Easy to walk into town or get the shuttle provided by the hotel. We can't wait to return.

Första gången i Rapallo och på Grand Bristol. Mkt bra läge, lugnt, lite folk och bra med parkeringen på framsidan. Perfekt hotell att bo på och i Rapallo och sedan göra utflykter till Rapallo och Portofino. Gångavstånd till Rapallo längs vattnet. Kommer bo här igen om vi besöker Portofinokusten. Prisvärt i jämförelse till Portofino hotellen.

Couldn't be happier with my one night stay. Staff almost TOO attentive as they couldn't do enough for me, it was really nice as they also remembered me and my room number when going to breakfast or into the spa. Those little details make a stay that bit nicer. Room was very nice. Great views across the bay, welcome chocolate treats and complimentary mini bar (soft drinks only). The spa is amazing. A maze almost of different rooms and 'attractions'. More than just a sauna, steam room and pool. The pool has music and some incredible paradisical drone footage on a projector. Lovely warm pool with submerged Jacuzzi beds at the end. The self service tea room was great too with loads on offer with nuts as snacks and seats to relax. Breakfast buffet was good as far as buffets go. View from the breakfast room was lovely anyway but can imagine it's incredible in better weather. Wasn't able to use the outdoor pool as it was sadly raining for most of my stay.

We loved that we were given a room upgrade without asking.The hotel is beautiful, although a bit far from the town center.It was a 20 minute walk,5 minute cab ride.The exercise was good.We could enjoy our delicious breakfast,included, without guilt.
