"The facilities management of this hotel need to be changed. Last time I have a blocked drainage at shower place, and my daughter have to stand with the firty water untiil I cleaned the drainage myself and it is full of hair of previous guests. This time, the hotel gave me a room with broken shower ..."

"We stayed for 8 nights at this homely chalet. With 4 bedrooms there was plenty of space for our group of 5. The kitchen was well equipped [I would, however, have liked some mugs in addition to the cups provided]. The location was excellent being a short walk both to the bus, Jona railway station ..."
