「I booked this hotel from expedia but cannot check in when i arrive at around 8pm. The staff told me there is no booking record and all triple rooms were sold already. I used nearly 45 mins to explain & explain,showed my booking confirmation, the staff is willing to help but we checked and checked, again and again, and finally solved after a call made by the staff to expedia. I got a room finally but missed my dinner time. Nothing to eat this night. The room is okay. 」

「Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Die Zimmer ebenfalls. Leider nur ein Fahrstuhl, der ständig besetzt war. Das Frühstück ist ok, der Kaffe vom Automaten war gut. Vom Filterkaffee kann ich nur abraten, schmeckt wie abgestandenes Spülwasser.」

「Das Hotel besteht aus einem Neubau und einem historischen Altbau. Die Zimmer und die Bäder sind in beiden Gebäudeteilen großzügig dimensioniert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort buchen.」

「My wife and I stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting our son who is studying in Regensberg and we absolutely loved the hotel. The location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were friendly and efficient, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the bar/restaurant was superb with a great wine list and delicious food. We couldn't fault anything about it and we will definitely be back.」
