The place was run down, carpet slick with dirt, unsanitary bathroom, dirty tub with dingy grey towels with no texture that were suppose to be white. Broken tv and no phone service in the room. I had to go downstairs and make my complaint and nothing was done to move me or fix the situation. WARNING, do not stay at this property. It is run down and the service and establishment reeks of an extended stay Motel 6. Highly disappointed! I will not be returning! Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name on this place. Unreal! I wouldn’t even give it 1 star, but the system doesn’t allow that to submit your review.

When we arrived, there was only two very flat pillows on the bed, for two occupants. One of them had blood and urine stains on it, when asking for another one the front desk person says, sorry we have no more. At that point, I asked to check out and get a refund, and somehow he found me a pillow.

When I arrived, there were people hanging out in the parking lot, drinking and smoking, even though there was a no smoking sign posted OUTSIDE. The room was terrible! The smell alone caused me to check out but it was tiny, the phone didn’t have a cord, there was no iron, and the TV looked like it was from 1984. There were extension cords all down the hallway and there were people just hanging around in the lobby. I checked out as soon as I saw the room and went to a Hampton Inn almost 25 minutes away just to feel safe. I will admit, the gentleman at the front desk was nice and he even offered me an iron but there was NO way I was staying there. That hotel is in serious need of an upgrade!

Wasn't clean! Dog poop laid outside my door until i asked the guy could he clean it up! No it wasn't my dog! NO FACE TOWELS I USED THE SAME ONE FOR 3 DAYS!!! This facility was absolutely gross. There were blood stains on the sheets and other various stains on the carpet. The entire building smelled of cigarettes. The parking lot was not well lit and made my family feel unsafe. The conditions were so poor that we left to find a safer and more sanitary facility.

Horrible cleaning, the sheets with blood on them and the cleaning staff was the worst. I rented it for 3 nights and used the towels there and asked for others and they didn't want to give me any, then they didn't do the cleaning, I had to buy towels and sheets to cover the cup later. The worst thing about the bathroom is that they don't clean it, it was really my worst experience.

The front desk am guy was really nice & friendly.. We enjoyed our stay there & will definitely come back especially since they accepts pets.. The only thing I would like to recommend is that they deep clean the carpet with a wet vac & put in an automatic air freshener in the rooms & the hallways..

My dog caught fleas from this hotel. Shower was dirty to the point I didn’t even shower, also sheets were not changed I could tell. Burn holes in blankets and sheets as well. Would not recommend staying here!!!!
