「Outstanding property exactly as described. We wanted peaceful and secluded and we got it. We did not see or hear another soul the entire time we were there. Multiple sightings of deer per day and even two wild turkeys. The meadow view is stunning. Looking forward to our next visit.」

「This was our second time staying at this property, plenty of sleeping arrangements for our group, we love this place it’s by the river we did a little fishing while we was there , the place is always clean when we arrive and the host is wonderful to work with, the only thing that I would say needs maybe looked into is the water pressure but nothing we couldn’t deal with!! Wonderful place we will be back!!」

「This property was clean, maintained and had everything we needed. The owner provided a lot of little nice touches, with premade bags for smores, snacks, packaged toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. The area is beautiful and has lots of deer to watch. My family had plenty of room to gather and visit as we all came in from separate states to celebrate my recently passed Mother's life. This was a great property to stay at while in Buckhannon. The next time we are back in Buckhannon we would happily stay...

「We had a great stay here at the Muskie-Lounge River Retreat!! We were here for my son’s wedding. The cabin was clean and ready when we arrived. The Tenney’s were flexible on check-in times and allowed us to get in a bit early to be able to shower/change from traveling before our rehearsal dinner. Evenings spent on the deck around the fire was very relaxing!! Would for sure bring the family back again!」

「Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well.」

「Very nice, secluded cabin in the woods. Far enough away from a gravel road that didn't have much travel at all to feel secluded. Had good wifi, tv and all the things you need including full bathroom and kitchen. Well kept, very clean and seemed to be a pretty new build, (maybe only a year old or so). Close enough to the iga grocery store to get food to cook when you are not traveling around. Not far from old swiss village helvitia, historic bulltown civil war battle site and wildlife game...

「We had wonderful time. It was a gorgeous place to stay. Loved how it was in a wooded area away from others. The house was well kept and clean. The only inconvenience was the host would show up without any notice. Coming to check to see if we needed the trash taken or needed anything else is nice and fine but would have liked a notice that they were coming by.」

「We had a great time as always when staying at the Days Inn. Usually we give all stars after staying but this time we had a waitress names Riley in the restaurant who was so rude that I have to remark on it. The other waitresses were very nice. We will continue to stay here but may not use the restaurant. Laura at the front desk was super nice and came in to help bus tables in the restaurant as well.」
