「Nice property, wonderful breakfast. The one thing we did not like was the shower. It is open on one end so cold air came in, water temperature was inconsistent and there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor by the time we were done so we stood in a puddle of water to use the toilet. Seals on the door were bad. That is the one thing that would keep me from returning to this hotel.」

「The reception staff were excellent, but the only slight negative was the lack of customer service by a couple of restaurant staff. Overall it was an extremely positive experience and I will stay here when I return to Arequipa. 」

「位于武器广场，位置非常好，各方面都还可以，但是枕头简陋，床品还几层，窗式空调噪音大，如果睡眠轻的人恐怕有问题，对我们还可以，下次来可能还会选择。」

「Very helpful staff, they helped me to do printing of ticket, to order taxi and to talk a bus company who didn't send me email of purchased ticket. Room is spacious and very clean. Breakfast at terrace was really nice. Though you have to walk for 10 mins to plaza de arms, it was worth walking coz for the price and peaceful atmosphere of the place. Highly recommend!」
