酒店環境清淨，好舒服。早餐一流。 泰國人好nice 沙灘就在酒店下面，吾明點解吾開條小路住客自行行去，如要行去要經正門才到達，亦可以選擇酒店車。 另有酒店車要收費去巴東（600匹來回）好低，美中不足不是日日有車安排。問了酒店找的士單程要收1500匹，最後我地自己找的士來回1600匹。因布吉搭的士不花算

My family and I (3 adults & one baby) spent 3 nights at Pullman. We booked one grand deluxe room. It was different from the photos which we checked on the website. To have more space in our room, we removed the folding bed. The slippers seem to be left from previous guests, not the new one. The power even went out at night. We tried to call the operation to know the reason, but none of staff picked up our call until we called the outside line. One night, we took golf car back to our room, due to the heavy rain, it was crowded, we were thinking to have my sister & her baby sitting at the front to keep themselves away from rain. But the staff told us the seat is not standard offer, and they loaded luggage to the same seat. But next day I saw them to ask other guest sit at the front. We asked for transportation once from the kid playground to lobby, we waited 20mins but the driver didn’t show up. The funny thing is, we asked for transportation on check-out date, the driver arrived in 5mins after our call. In overall, as a five star hotel, they have big problem on staff management. We spent more than 9000baht/night, but we got such poor service. Somehow we had feeling that they are categorizing the guests & offer different service. I’m personally traveling for business frequently & staying with Accor’s hotels in different countries, but never earned such bad experience like this time at Phuket.

酒店距离机场很近，不塞车的话，15分钟左右就能到达了，酒店的服务感觉没有我上次在古晋住的好，房间的舒适度也是我上次在古晋住的好，但还是算得上合格，周边没有购物的地方可以走，只适合在酒店待两天！我是连住两个晚上，迷你吧的饮品不是全FERR的，而且房间的地下卫生没有拖地，房间里和其他客人评论一样，会有点蚂蚁。总体评价（5分满分）3分吧！

Nice hotel, fabulous beach but horrifying Tom Yum soup. This is the first time in my life I tasted a Tom Yum without aroma of herbs and spices such as lemon grass etc etc. It was indeed a tomato soup. ( By the way, don't expect to find genuine That cuisines in this area because all the shops have made all their Thai dishes acceptable to tourist's preferences ). Also, going around in this area is not easy. First of all, it is almost impossible to get a meter taxi while private taxi drivers will ask for ridiculous price. Hotel shuttles ? Yes, but not frequent enough.

我們一共入住4天3夜，第一天入住，我們真的很滿意，接待人員的熱情，真的另人難忘,第二天也很滿意清潔人員的細心，直到第三天我們一早出去，回到房間真的很訝異，房間只有舖床，連桌面都一點都沒清，陽台躺椅前住客留下的乾掉的泡麵一直都還在，最後只好我們自己清!

設計很精緻的五星級Pullman集團酒店，距離機場10至15分鐘車程。 酒店員工很友善，酒店內的VERO意大利餐廳食物非常好吃，價錢不算便宜，但我覺得是合理的。 酒店設施亦很漂亮，游泳池可看到無敵大海景，風景很好，房間很大，設計很時尚。 美中不足的地方是我訂的是海景房，但在露台望出只看到很少部分海景，由於只住宿一晚所以沒有轉換房間。 另外酒店自助早餐亦有不潔的問題，同行的朋友吃過早餐後感到腸胃不適，有絞痛及肚瀉情況出現，持續了5，6天，我沒有吃相同的食物所以沒有發生在我身上，由於我們要趕往下一個地點，所以沒有通知酒店這個情況，希望酒店能多多注意這方面的問題，亦希望同樣情況不會再發生！

Need improvement
It's a beautiful hotel. However, we are paying more then what we deserved. I don't feel welcoming from the staff or services there. I have been staying there for 3 nights, breakfast was great, lunch was a disasters, I wasn't feeling well for 2 days afterward. Don't think I would return to this hotel but the view is stunning. this is the only thing I would recommend.

I want to apologies you felt you did not get the perfect experience you were looking for. I note your comment regarding the staff service and attitudes and I would like to let you know that immediately after reviewing your comment, this has been discussed with our Quality & Attitude Manager to look at the training modules to ensure we are getting it right. The Service from the Heart, or Sai Jai, is what we believe in. Your feedback is most valuable to us and we take it onboard to address the service shortfall you have experienced. On a positive note, I am glad you enjoyed the beautiful hotel, the great breakfast and the stunning views but overall sad that your experience was not great and that you would not recommend our property. We were very sorry to read about your illness, when travelling often there can be factors like water, dehydration, viral, humidity or temperature change that can also cause illness. Best location and view. Better if you have a car so that you can go out for dinner. The room is big. However, some improvement required: 1. Glasses not clean. I need to wash them my myself. 2. The toliet flush was only 85% clean with a slightly of smell (if smell it carefully) 3. They did not provide new shampoo and shower gel during daily room clean up, even there was only 1/3 of bottle left. This situation continued for two straight days. This is so important as Phuket is Very hot. Management should look into this urgently.

非常棒的酒店！整体泰式风格的建筑，建在悬崖上，很有度假休闲的感觉，我订的海景房，在阳台上就可以看到海水拍打礁石和沙滩，早餐很丰盛，服务非常贴心，因为我入住的时候房间有部分地方没有打扫完，酒店的接待送了免费一小时的SPA，大堂有很多可供休息的地方，如果航班是夜里的又不能晚退房也不用担心，酒店有摆渡车到沙滩上，那里一条街有很多餐厅、按摩馆、小商店，物美价廉。只是地理偏远，去芭东、攀牙湾、FANTASEA和其他活动路程较长，但离机场很近，适合到了酒店就不出来的那种休假。

从酒店去海滩的路上要路过一个臭水沟，虽然比较短，但是还是感觉有点破坏整体氛围。还有酒店里面的水池，用的水好像也不是很清澈，像是处理过的污水一样，不过没有什么味道。 酒店的运送小车随叫随到，还是比较方便的。室内也不错。

非常適合舉家來玩，迫不及待帶上父母來這裡度假。離芭東鬧市區和皇帝島港口稍遠，坐計程車大概分別需要半小時/一小時。酒店的飯菜很可口，不誇張的說這裡的早餐的麵包都有三個架子可以選，太棒了。

Nice and comfortable.
Nice and fantastic when staying at ocean view room. Quite walking distance for some blocks. After staying one day at block 4, Front desk is so nice to change the room to block 3 ie just next to the restaurant, people here are very nice and helpful. Quiet place and just 20 mins drive from airport and also golf course nearby.

酒店环境设施都很好，有会讲中文的服务员，但是不是每个都会的，主要还是要会一些简单的英文来沟通，入住的第一晚阳台门忘记关跑进了一只老鼠，打电话告知前台，前台很速度的派人来接我们升级成海景房，酒店的服务真的很贴心，公共区域很美，但是酒店的地理位置比较尴尬，离机场很近，离普吉岛市区却很远，打车到市区来回要1800泰铢，酒店下面的奈通海滩浪很大，很多外国人躺在沙滩上晒太阳。
