There is a strong smell of wall paint in the room. There is a guest's hair and plastic label left on the dressing table, and there is a little bit of paper on the carpet. This indicates that the cleaning work in this hotel is not good. Moreover, walking from the lobby to the room is really far, and it is not suitable for use as a hotel.

We check in and got our first room. The room was in the very back of the hotel. Furthest from the office. We walk in. The floor is dirty. Hair in the sink, fake eyelashes on the floor. I go to receptionist to ask for a new room and ask if we can have a room closer to the front but he said they were all booked in front. I was confused because the parking lot was basically empty. Anyway, We get another room across the hall from the first. It’s a little cleaner but still had some stains on the floor. Go to take a shower, hair in the shower and shower gel container is empty. Had to hop out and get the little bar of soap. The only one given. The tv remote didn’t work. Had to take the batteries out and reinsert. It worked. Went to turn the volume up but even at its loudest setting it was too quiet to hear anything. The AC unit was leaking drops of water on the floor. Went to get dinner and when returned and the door to the building would not open. It just flashed red. Finally after pushing on the door to make it a tighter close, it turned green and let us in. I was so surprised at the condition of the hotel because it was a double tree. And we never got our cookie.

Arrived and honestly thought this was a motel from the outside. The location is not very safe, and there are cop cars in the parking lot because of vehicle theft issues. Check in was lengthy and we weren’t given cards due to the system being down. We got walked to our room through the long, hot hallway (it was 100 ° outside). After entering the room, the connecting door to next door was not closed. I booked one king bed and was given a room with 2 double beds. I ended up checking out within an hour and booking another hotel down the road instead.

The staff was rude, downgraded my room, overcharged and the AC was not working. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Normally I don’t leave reviews and nor do I like to bash an establishment but this place was beyond unacceptable. I hope anyone would Consider consider another hotel.

I was super disappointed with the overall experience at this hotel. It took 45 mins to check in. We had flown in that morning and had an event at 5 30. I called multiple times to see if I could pay to check in early as we had no where to be and needed to get ready for the wedding. Finally at 1 someone answered and told me no early check in. I find that odd as a long time honors member. Cut to 4 when it’s time to check in. The two attending the front were constantly being pulled away from the desk by a blond woman asking about pay checks .. she could obviously see the line out the door but customer service was not the priority. Once that nightmare check in was over. We to to our room that has 1 town and one hand towel. No tissues, no wash cloths no soap or lotion in the dispensing pumps .. room couldn’t get cold. And when trying to he housekeeping up the line would just ring. I did not have time to wait so me and my wife shared the one towel and made it late to the wedding. Once we got back the room still hot, decided let’s just go to bed and watch the tv. Now the tv channels don’t come in it’s if we moved the tv would go cloudy.. I can’t believe how poor the experience was

The gym was excellent. The airconditions are outdated,do not work and it was 100 degrees out. We had to ask for towels and not once anyone came to check if we needed anything. Elevator was broke,the only reason i mention this is because of the laguagge,otherwise we dont use it.

Very low staffed. Housekeeping never came. Ran out of toilet paper, called front desk and they said we had to wait until 8am when housekeeping came in. A/c unit was broken and we had to keep calling maintenance. Hot tub out of service. Everything was broken.
